Everyone is very friendly and they take the time not only to explain what is going on (in as much detail as as you want / do not want to know), but also get to know you and make you feel comfortable. I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst dental experiences I've had…read more I initially came in for a routine cleaning and to establish a treatment plan. The hygienist was unprofessional, inattentive, and careless. Water was being sprayed all over me the entire time, and I had to repeatedly ask for a spit cup, which she never provided. Another hygienist had to step in to help, which was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. Oh and it took almost a hour to do my xrays. I even communicated to the office manager that I did not want that hygienist if I ever returned, and looking back, that should have been my first sign not to come back at all. I later returned due to a dental emergency to have a crown repaired. From the start, there was confusion about why I was even there. I clearly stated I came for a crown repair and to ask about a possible filling, yet the doctor documented that I was "upset" simply for correcting her. That note was both unprofessional and inaccurate and felt like an attempt to misrepresent me instead of acknowledging the mistake. During the procedure, I experienced intense sensitivity from the cold air and water. I repeatedly told the doctor it was painful and asked for adjustments. She refused and kept insisting it "had to be that way" instead of making even the smallest effort to make me comfortable. Rather than listening, she chose to argue and dismiss what I was saying. I eventually had to stop everything and request another doctor because I could not tolerate it anymore. The second doctor was no better. My mouth was numbed to the point where I could not move it at all and had to have my mouth physically opened. I was in pain for days afterward, which has never happened to me from a dental visit. After all of this, the final result was a crown that left a visible gap between my teeth. Before agreeing to the procedure, I specifically asked if the crown would eliminate the gap that showed with the temporary, and I was told yes. That gap did not exist before my crown broke, yet now it does. When I went back to address it, I had already requested not to see either of the previous doctors, yet they still tried to assign me to one of them or offered a provider fresh out of residency. At that point, it felt like there was no accountability at all. I was then told the gap was caused by the adjacent tooth, which makes no sense given this was not an issue before. This entire experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and honestly concerning. Between the unprofessional behavior, inaccurate documentation, lack of care for patient comfort, and poor results, I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Then waited another about 17 mins for the dentist to show up - determine what kind of treatment I needed... just a regular cleaning... Then office manager walks in and tells me they are understaffed and if I could come back again for the cleaning... which is why I was there.... I scheduled it for the following Thursday around the same time. The hygienist that day was quite gentle & experienced so I was done in less than 10-15 mins from start to finish

PRIORITIZE MONEY OVER PATIENTS BEWARE…read more.. I was referred to this practice by my primary dentist, but after my experience, I have formally filed a complaint with the Georgia Board of Dentistry and notified my provider that I will no longer accept referrals to this office. I attempted to reschedule a May 21 appointment due to a tornado and power outage in my area. I was told by staff that the $200 cancellation fee would be waived under the circumstances. I have documentation confirming a power outage at my home and an email showing our call was disconnected. Yet nearly a month later, on June 12, I was billed for the full $200--without explanation, follow-up, or regard for the prior communication. When I called to reschedule, Yolanda L., the office manager, was rude, insensitive, and completely unprofessional. She told me I needed to pay my full deductible upfront just to rebook, despite the emergency situation and the previous understanding. She was aggressive on the phone, dismissive of my concerns, and offered no support or compassion for the circumstances. This is not acceptable behavior for someone in patient-facing care. What's worse is that this practice failed to meet basic pre-operative standards. I was never given lab orders, formal clearance instructions, or education about anesthesia risk--even though I disclosed recreational smoker use. No reminders, documentation, or clinical follow-up were provided in the three weeks between my consultation and scheduled surgery. This is clinically irresponsible and could have put my health at risk. After reviewing other patient experiences, it's clear I'm not alone. Many others have described this office as hostile, unsympathetic, and dismissive. The common theme is money-first, patient-second--and it shows in how they communicate, bill, and treat people during vulnerable moments. This review serves as a warning to others and documentation of my experience. I have formally reported this office to the Georgia Board of Dentistry for further investigation. I've also notified my referring dentist to remove this clinic from their list. I will never return, and I urge others to do their research before trusting this team with your care.

I'm sharing this review with the hope that it brings more transparency and training to this…read morepractice's approach and serves as a heads-up to first-time patients. During my first visit, I expected a routine cleaning, as is standard at most dental offices. Instead, I paid around $100 for x-rays and a session where the dentist briefly brushed and flossed my teeth, demonstrated a new flossing technique focused on gum health, and measured gum pocket depth. I was then told to follow this routine at home and return in six weeks to assess any changes--no cleaning was performed at that first visit. At the follow-up appointment, I was seen by a different dental hygienist whose overly cheerful and rehearsed demeanor felt disingenuous. While she wasn't overtly rude, the interaction felt hollow and uncomfortable, which added to my unease. During the cleaning, she made a snide comment about my dental habits and then completed the rest of the procedure without much communication. I also noticed an unpleasant personal odor, which was surprising and concerning given the setting. Hygiene and professionalism are especially important in a dental care environment, and this contributed to a sense that standards were not being met. Unfortunately, during this visit, I believe the hygienist injured my gums multiple times due to a careless approach in handling sharp instruments. One area in particular has remained inflamed and possibly infected ever since. There was no review or inspection with the dentist afterward, which I had expected based on past experiences at other dental offices. As I was walked to the checkout counter, the hygienist casually mentioned that I "might need antibiotics" in six months if the issue with my gums didn't resolve -- an issue I am not sure I had walking in to this appointment. I never saw the dentist again during that visit, and no additional guidance or follow-up was provided beyond the flossing and brushing routine recommended weeks earlier. This entire experience left me shaken and disappointed. I have no history of gum issues or needing oral antibiotics, and this visit left me worse off than when I arrived. I haven't felt comfortable speaking up, but I'm sharing this because no one should leave a dental visit with lingering pain or uncertainty about the care they received. I genuinely hope this office takes the opportunity to improve how it communicates services upfront and invests in better training for staff--especially when it comes to patient care, professionalism, and technique. Patients deserve clear communication and quality care that prioritizes their well-being and comfort.
