I know going to the dentist probably isn't anyone's favorite thing to do, but everyone here from the receptionist, to the nurses, to Dr. Morrow himself does a great job at keeping anxiety low and making the process as trouble-free as possible. The entire office itself is very clean and well kept. The waiting room offers plenty of seats and a wide variety of magazines to read, including sports, technology, cooking, current events, and pop culture. The bathroom is spotless and well stocked. Most importantly the actual dentist office and equipment is pristine and maintained flawlessly. Dr. Morrow is a treasure. Compassionate, highly skilled, and very personable. He is a master at what he does and always makes the comfort of his patients his number one priority. But perhaps my favorite thing about Dr. Morrow is that he remembers every detail from our bi-yearly small talks. It's that extra personal touch that humanizes the experience of going to the dentist and makes this office so beloved.

It has now been 5 months, and I am still experiencing pain in the original tooth I initially came in for. Meanwhile, my insurance has been exhausted on procedures that I did not need, and I am now left paying out of pocket for treatments that was not necessary. This situation is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The staff working there are nice, but I feel like I got scammed. I am extremely disappointed with my experience, and the situation has only worsened after I shared my honest review. Since posting my feedback, I have been receiving excessive and persistent phone calls--up to 15 times a day pressuring me to remove my review. This behavior feels inappropriate, unprofessional, and harassing. In addition to the original issue where I came in for a specific painful tooth but received treatment on other teeth that I did not need I am now also being blamed for the treatment decisions that were made and recommended by the provider. This is unacceptable. Patients rely on dental professionals to diagnose and recommend appropriate care. Shifting responsibility onto the patient after the fact, especially when the outcome has been ongoing pain and financial burden, is deeply concerning. At this point, I am not only dissatisfied with the treatment itself but also with how this situation is being handled. I expect respectful communication not pressure, blame, or repeated unwanted calls. I am documenting this behavior and will take further steps if necessary

They are remarkably adept at dealing with difficult kid patients and are an awesome team. We have been taking our soon to be 3 year old and 8 year old here for 2 years and we will continue to use their services as they are so thorough and super friendly. Dr. Vaysman pointed out from the get-go the reason for the spacing in my teeth, and it was something I never knew about myself. She clearly outlined my treatment plan and explained what my end results would be. Just a few weeks later my trays came in and I got started. I immediately started seeing changes, which was so encouraging, as I had been self conscious of my teeth for a while. I've had periodic check ups throughout the year with Dr. Vaysman, and she is always attentive and ready to answer any questions I have. She has a great office staff as well. From the beginning they have all been extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall my experience at Upper East Side Orthodontists has been wonderful.
