I came in specifically for a tooth that was hurting the most, but instead of addressing that issue, I received treatment on other teeth that wasn't needed. It has now been 5 months, and I am still experiencing pain in the original tooth I initially came in for. Meanwhile, my insurance has been exhausted on procedures that I did not need, and I am now left paying out of pocket for treatments that was not necessary. This situation is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The staff working there are nice, but I feel like I got scammed. I am extremely disappointed with my experience, and the situation has only worsened after I shared my honest review. Since posting my feedback, I have been receiving excessive and persistent phone calls--up to 15 times a day pressuring me to remove my review. This behavior feels inappropriate, unprofessional, and harassing. In addition to the original issue where I came in for a specific painful tooth but received treatment on other teeth that I did not need I am now also being blamed for the treatment decisions that were made and recommended by the provider. This is unacceptable. Patients rely on dental professionals to diagnose and recommend appropriate care. Shifting responsibility onto the patient after the fact, especially when the outcome has been ongoing pain and financial burden, is deeply concerning. At this point, I am not only dissatisfied with the treatment itself but also with how this situation is being handled. I had such a bad toothache. I called this dentist office to make a same-day appointment. Not only was the receptionist, Alison, so kind, she was reassuring, made sure my insurance was covered, and I was even able to be seen for x-rays & a cleaning. Upon arrival for my appointment, it did not take long to be called in which I totally appreciate. Kristy, the tech, was so pleasant taking my x-rays. Lucinda, the hygienist, provided helpful education, and did a thorough cleaning. Last to be seen by Dr. Schraner was the cherry on top, she was knowledgeable, nice, and broke down what my options were to proceed. With this experience, I'm considering changing my Dentist because this experience knocked my socks off! read more

Great dentist. I went here for several years back several years ago. Sadly due to my current insurance, I can no longer come here but I do miss this dentist and I'm hopeful I can return one of these days. Dr. Morrow is very good. He cares, is knowledgeable, works with you, and does a great job. I've had my share of root canals and crowns here, so I've sat in the chair quite a lot. The staff is very friendly. The office is very clean from the waiting room on. There usually isn't a lot of downtime waiting for your appointment, but there is a decent selection of magazines if need be. Searching for quality and trustworthy dentists these days is difficult - but rest assured that this office is a great find. There is no parking, but you can find parking usually on the street just outside the office. Highly recommended. read more

I've been going to Dr. Morrow since I was a teenager, and it never occurred to me how much I take him and his office for granted. The staff is professional, welcoming, and friendly. I know going to the dentist probably isn't anyone's favorite thing to do, but everyone here from the receptionist, to the nurses, to Dr. Morrow himself does a great job at keeping anxiety low and making the process as trouble-free as possible. The entire office itself is very clean and well kept. The waiting room offers plenty of seats and a wide variety of magazines to read, including sports, technology, cooking, current events, and pop culture. The bathroom is spotless and well stocked. Most importantly the actual dentist office and equipment is pristine and maintained flawlessly. Dr. Morrow is a treasure. Compassionate, highly skilled, and very personable. He is a master at what he does and always makes the comfort of his patients his number one priority. But perhaps my favorite thing about Dr. Morrow is that he remembers every detail from our bi-yearly small talks. It's that extra personal touch that humanizes the experience of going to the dentist and makes this office so beloved. read more

I had the most pleasant experience at Dr. Schraner's office. The office is bright and clean, and the staff professional. Dr. Schraner has excellent bedside manners and is truly interested in her patients' dental health. She takes her time to examine the patient carefully without the rushed feeling we're often accustomed to at other health care providers. I went to Dr. Morrow a few months ago after hearing about him from a fellow Goldman Sach's employee. I had extreme sensitivity within one of my back molars. After speaking with Christine, who was extremely accommodating, we were able to find a time that worked well for me. Due to a wide range of hours, including Saturday's I was able to schedule my appointment without missing work. Dr. Morrow's office was clean and comfortable. Going to the dentist is not my cup of tea, but the entire staff put me at ease from the second I entered. In addition Dr. Morrow's bedside manner was excellent. He was able to get in me and out of there as quickly as possible and even had some sugar free candies and games for my child. I would highly recommend him to anyone! read more

The doctor always remembers who I am and the things we talked about my previous visit. Little details like that really make going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience. I had some bonding/filling work done by Dr. Morrow about five years ago. There were some comiplications, but they weren't explained until after the procedure. In short; he jammed one of my front teeth up and in, and crudely bonded it to the adjacent tooth (not an actual splint.). I remember it vividly, as it was the most painful part of the procedure. The 3-5 shots of novocaine that were administered had no effect in that regard. He also cut back the gum. Leaving an ugly peak in the line. I dealt w/ that though because I trusted him. Which in hindsight was incredibly naive and detrimental. Jump forward to the present day; I've now had 3 dentists (2 surgeons) ask me "what caused the trauma?" in the last month. One actually asked "who kicked you in the teeth?". The answer is nobody. I have been in no car wreck, I have not been punched, nor kicked by Bruce Lee, and I have not fallen. In-fact, I spent the last 5 years being absurdly protective of the bonding. All for naught. Discoloration aside they were structurally sound. Until the crude little piece of cemented bonding in the middle cracked. Immediately the above mentioned tooth became mobile. The damage is so severe I'm not even a candidate for an implant. There's no bone. I'm gonna have to get a bridge. I'm only 31. It is what it is at this stage. It's my problem. And I will deal w/ it. But I CANNOT in good conscience recommend this office. I've been left perminately disfigured. read more

Went to see Dr. Morrow recently to fill in the gap between my two front teeth. After not wearing my retainer, I didn't want to get braces again and he suggested bonding would be a great alternative to what I was looking for. My husband, our 10 year old son and I all go to Dr. Morrow. I'd read his great reviews online, so I booked all three of us with him. His staff is terrific and very accomidating. Dr. Morrow is a very nice person , with a gentle touch and explains all procedures in a way that is very easy to understand, even to our 10 year old. The office is clean and comfortable with great reading material, though we've never had to wait too long for Dr. Morrow or his assistants. I highly recommend Dr. Morrow.
