Although I don't see her lol my experiences were dentists have been terrible throughout my life. Dr. Amrita is the opposite of this experience! I've taken my children's dental health very seriously as I don't have the best dental health myself. That being said, they've been doing to the dentist regularly since they were 6mo old. To begin with, the front office staff is very pleasant and kind. I've worked with Jennifer quite a bit and she always has the best demeanor and professionalism. The dental hygienist is thorough and explain every movement to the children so they aren't scared. The waiting room is clean and fun with games and books. We never really wait waittt. It's usually pretty fast processing. The exam rooms are also clean and beautiful painted with marvel characters and scenic views. It makes the kids feel calm as we talk about the designs while we wait. Finally, Dr. Amrita is such a calm presence in the exam room. She remembers tiny details about my kids, peaks to them (and me) in conversation because they are the patient. And always asks them if they have any questions. She explains concepts to us as parents and answers all of our questions and concerns. She's also provided us with various options when we've run into these needs. My daughter needed some work (and particularly one instance when a tooth needed to be extracted) and WOW! The patience and kindness she showed my daughter was memorable. I was so grateful that through is scary event; we knew the dentist was upset or getting annoyed or frustrated with us (as a previous dentist did). She gave us time to calm down several times and would peek in to see if we were ready to continue. I am super appreciative and grateful to be a part of her practice. I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation warrants one…read more Over the past several weeks, we have made repeated attempts--by both email and phone--to have Jesse or someone from the company resend an email containing an employee manual we purchased last year. Our original copy was lost due to a stolen laptop. We are not requesting anything new--only a copy of material we have already paid for. Despite multiple outreach efforts, our emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. The complete lack of response is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer service and basic professionalism. After more than 40 years in the field of dentistry, I understand the importance of standing behind your work and responding to clients in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this experience has demonstrated the opposite. At this point, we will seek the material elsewhere and take our future business to a vendor that values its customers.

Dr. Castanaro's office was a complete-180 compared to my old dentist. He is very attentive every time I come for a cleaning and I am always seen as soon as I arrive. He uses the best and latest dental technology and a perk is that he is also a cool guy! His dental assistants also help him and are very nice and do the work right. Maureen & Stephanie at the front desk are gems and will always work with you to schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you and help in understanding insurance billing. They rock and are a pleasure to speak with. If you are looking for a new dental office, either for a preventative visit or for major dental care, look no further, THIS IS THE OFFICE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!

John Castanaro.....what can I say besides that I am happy to call him my dentist…read more I neglected my teeth for about two years but had always had great dental check ups. No cavities and no work needed. I had cracked a tooth prior which I knew about but didn't think it was serious. Well apparently it was and caused a small cavity. Dr Castanaro fixed my tooth up....despite me acting like a huge baby when he needed to numb me. He worked quickly and was gentle. Was funny and kept me entertained while he worked. I'd definitely recommend him.
