At this point I was annoyed but willing to drive back to Manhattan for this appointment. What happened afterwards was what really got me. They had me sit in their office for over an hour waiting for the doctor. She wasn't even in the office. The receptionist kept telling me she was on her way and nearby. If it weren't for this emergency situation I had with my tooth, I would have left then. A doctor who has no respect for other people's time is not worthy imo. She didn't even seem all that sorry when she finally arrived. Asked me where I lived, and said something along the lines of, "since you live in Manhattan, you would have had to travel back anyway." I never would have left Manhattan if I knew I were to be seen in Manhattan, genius. After she took care of my issue, she pointed out a tooth that had moved back since I had my braces removed (I got my braces and retainers elsewhere) and recommended that I call her if I wanted to take care of it. I think I'll look for a doctor who doesn't waste my time, thank you.

The entire team makes you feel like you are one of their own and take the time to answer your questions and give advice on the best oral care. I have to have some work done and they recommended 2 oral surgeons that would take good care of me until I can come back for the finishing touches. Appts are hard to get but they have evening appointments. They don't accept insurance but will submit all the paperwork to your insurance company for reimbursement. I can't comment on prices because I have nothing to compare them to. Their care is priceless though.
