The dental hygienist grabbed the cables from the floor with gloved hands and then opened her packed instruments with same gloves. The worst part that made me very scary was that she tested the operation of the device by pinching its tip with the same gloves. This device sprays water in to the mouth and used to scrape the plaque. When she was about to put the device in to the child's mouth, I had to remind her to change gloves. They also claimed to take my insurance, but they were truly not in-network. What they quoted as $30,000 turned out to be $150 at a different dentist. I went for an appointment a few years ago as a young adult and I feel they took advantage of my lack of knowledge of dental work and how dental insurance worked. I'm writing a review now because this experience still bothers me even now, and after I've learned more about how normal dentist offices are run the issues here are more apparent. I would stay away.
