One of the most caring, compassionate, and COMPETENT doctors I have encountered! I came to Dr. Caggiano with a severe case (anterior crossbite open on both sides) that other doctors suggested could only be fixed through the surgical breaking of my lower jawbone. Essentially, I had little to no ability to bite down properly on my back teeth with the resulting symptom of daily headaches. Through Dr. Caggiano's patient persistence my teeth became properly aligned as well as cosmetically attractive without jaw surgery and I am thrilled to report I can't even remember my last headache! Dr. Caggiano has a plethora of various technology, staff, and knowledge at his disposal. These top of the line standards is what makes his office so remarkable and comfortable to experience treatment at. For example, contrary to most offices, his practice utilizes scanning equipment to prevent the need for horrible (and slightly barbaric) molds. His other equipment, as well as his beautiful facility which contains a private parking lot, also helps aid in the successful completion of his patients' treatment. He utilizes the very best equipment on his patients. In multiple years of wearing his self-ligating braces, as well as his palate expanders and private lab printed "Cagg Aligners," not a single one of his brackets or appliances ever broke. I cannot say enough about Caggiano Orthodontics and would recommend to anyone that wants a truly great smile!! Everyone that works there is friendly, accommodating, and personable at each of our visits, the wait time is a few minutes and make my kids at ease and comfortable. All three of my kids had braces on the same time, and my 16 yr old son is the last one to get his braces off this October - and he is thrilled with his smile. He said to me today after his appt, "Mom, I cannot believe how great my teeth look, they looked so horrible with the space in the middle and crooked before my invisalign..." My 3 children and I have been patients of Dr. Caggiano for several years. In all of the medical/dental offices I have been to in my lifetime, this office tops them all BY FAR! The entire office is efficient, friendly and courteous. Recently I had to change my kids appointments several times, so much so that I got confused and showed up for 3 appointments on the wrong day. Even though the office was crowded on a Friday afternoon, Dr. Caggiano and the staff made sure we were seen with barely any wait time! Always an awesome experience. Today was not my first visit and have no worry about when I will return. The staff is always courteous and pleasant ( from the administration, assistants and Dr. Caggiano. They are a well oiled machine. They see many patients, but they are so efficient and personable you feel like an individual and not just another number on a chart/file. I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Dr. Caggiano and his staff. I was that kid who wouldn't wear my retainer, so I became an adult that needed to do the braces thing all over again. I was worried for a lot of reasons - cost, time, discomfort, etc. - but Dr. Caggiano and his staff made my Invisalign experience a great and cost-effective one. Dr. Caggiano gave my four boys beautiful smiles. Each had their braces on for approximately 18 mos. The before and after pictures were stunning. His office is well-run and very close to our home. We are waiting for our twelve year old daughter to lose a few more baby teeth so that she can start her treatment with Dr. Caggiano. We know what to expect and know that the outcome will be no less than excellent. My Son Jack is nine years old and he has been a patient over a year now. Dr. Caggiano and staff began the process of expanding my sons pallet, and now he is finishing up his first set of braces. Through out the year Dr Caggiano took his time to fully explain and make sure we understood the process. The staff is always helpful and friendly to myself and our son! We, myself and one son, have been going to Dr Caggiano for over 10 years. I recently went back to Dr Caggiano to fix my broken permanent retainer and I was very impressed with his new building. It is the state of the art. I made the mistake of going to another ortho for my other son. What a nightmare with his permanent retainer!!!
