I have been a patient of Dr. Firooz for nearly 30 years, and throughout that time I have consistently received exceptional dental care. He has always been professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward me, my family, and my friends. Over the years, I have confidently referred several friends to his practice, and every one of them has been extremely pleased with both Dr. Firooz and his wonderful staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to providing outstanding patient care truly set them apart. I highly recommend Dr. Firooz to anyone seeking professional dental care and a team that treats every patient with respect and compassion. -- Dorothy C. read more

I have been seeing to Dr Ray Firooz ever since i was in elementary school and honestly i couldn't recommend anyone better! His Expertise in this profession exceeds all standards of care and he goes above and beyond what you expect. He always takes care of my teeth, when i go to him i know i will come out fresh and better than ever. The office is conveniently placed in the Granada Village and after your visit you can go shop around the village or go eat after your treatment. Honestly i wouldn't let anyone else look and operate on my teeth besides him if you are looking for a new dentist or just want a cleaning and are shopping around this is the place to go to!!! read more

I seem to either love or hate a place and this place I LOVE!!! Allow me to tell you why. First off, let me just start with I had no idea dentists could be such crooks until I started going regularly as an adult. I have had so many bad experiences ranging from dentists saying I had 6 cavities that I didnt ( ahem...western dental) to long wait times for an appt, to places that upcharge you and try to sell you all sorts of services and cleaning products that aren't needed (yes Im talking about you SmileCare where I almost walked out with a $1500 for cleaning and water piks and junk bill!!) to where I was charged an arm and a leg for "deep cleaning" and made to sign up for Care Credit to fund the $270 coinsurance on just 1 quadrant of my mouth ( oh how i wish I would have just walked out on you Dr Partovy *shakes fist*) So you can imagine how absolutely delighted I was when 2-3 yrs ago I was referred to Dr Firooz. 1. His staff is amazing!! Mila and the rest are so kind and there is never a wait. They text me my reminders to confirm! :-) 2. Ethical pricing- I am never overcharged. In fact this is the first affordable dentist I have found. 3. Dr Firooz is fantastic and really knows what he is doing. He explains a plan of action and/or treatment for me, the hubby and kids. 4. They quickly fixed my 13 yo niece's teeth when she accidentally fell and broke her 2 front teeth in half!!! Yikes that could have cost a fortune and been really ugly - but it wasn't. They are the BEST and they have reassured me that Dentists are not all shady con artists (which is seriously what I have started to discover)! read more

I've been coming to this place for 23 years.. Dr . Ray, Mila, and Ruby are all amazing, and always have a positive attitude, and have cared for my entire family for a long time. Their work is top tier, and they really go the extra mile. 11/10 recommend read more

Dr. Froiz has given me the best dental care I have ever experienced! His staff is friendly and very professional. I have anxiety and he always makes sure I'm comfortable and at ease. I drive to his office from the South Bay and don't mind one bit, because I know I'm in good care. I was recommended to him for his calm and gentle nature. He did absolutely amazing work on my porcelain veneers, they came out beautiful! Now I can smile. Thank you Dr. Froiz read more

So GRATEFUL I found this dentistry. Dr. Firooz, Mila & the whole office are beyond A-mazing! My 10 y/o daughter had a bad toothache over the weekend. I texted Mila monday, she called me a little before the office opened which is 10 am & shewas able to squeeze her in for her emergency tooth extraction. We were in & out of there office (40MINS). The Dr. was very patient with her & would explain that it would not hurt to just take deep breaths. I also come here for myself. The best part is they don't call you in to their office for the co-pays (my last dentist, just for walking in I had co-pays) BOTTOM LINE: they care & love their patients None of those BS co-pays 30 mins apts (FAST) LOVING STAFF read more

Been coming here for a few years. Love Dr. Firooz and staff! Very patient, attentive and accomodating. Listens to all concerns.

I started going to Dr. Firooz when his office was first located in Mission Hills a very long time ago. The new location in Granada Hills is so much more spacious and it's just a nice facility overall, there is never an issue with parking since there is a large lot in the back of the office but i always end up with parking right in front. There are many reasons why i would recommend this office but honestly the biggest reason i have to say, if you are like me....i hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Firooz knows how to give the best shots when you have to have that big, crazy needle put in your mouth to numb you. You don't feel any pain, i never do when i have to get a shot....and that's very important to me. I hate needles. I have had crowns done and he does excellent work. Along with the great staff, you have to ask for Mila. She will help you with anything you need there. They are honest and are willing to work with you there. The Dr. is patient with me in explaining my needs which i appreciate and you never feel rushed and out the door. Again, i hate going to the dentist like most people i'm sure, but we all need to go at some point so i definitely give this place a high recommendation if you are looking for a reputable one in the Granada Hills area. read more

My dental spa. I found Dr. Firooz over 20 years ago when he was in Mission Hills. Mila is our tooth angel. He always has had wonderful staff and a pleasant environment to visit. I was frist referred to Dr. Firooz by a good friend. I needed a second opinion for a bridge that was giving me problems. Because of Dr. Firooz skills, honesty, and willingness to work with me, I was able to keep the bridge for few more years. Mila and the rest of the crew are always welcoming, kind, and very professional, they have been taking good care of me for many years, from simple check ups, dental cleaning, to more complex work. I saw many dentists in the past here and in Europe, I highly recommend Dr. Firooz and his crew. read more

I am a nightmare patient & have a major fear of any dental work. Getting me in for an appointment is like pulling teeth(no pun intended). My first appointment was probably in 2008 or 2009 I must have been 14 or 15 and Dr. Firooz was extremely accommodating and reassuring. I required a lot of work. Everyone from the x-Ray tech, Ruby, Mila and the doctor always made it a priority to ensure I was comfortable. I still get nervous before an appointment, but I always walk out feeling great. I used to dread going to the dentist until I met Dr. Firooz. I've been going here since 2007 and have recommended all my friends and family. Cleanings, cavity repair and SHOTS are all painless...surprisingly! The dental hygienists and office manager are all very friendly, caring and accommodating. Dr. Firooz is my dentist as long as he continues to practice. To really help understand my love for this office...even while I lived in Texas for a couple years when I would visit CA I would schedule a cleaning with Dr. Firooz. If I could give negative stars I would. I called this dentist because they came highly recommended! So I checked to see if they were in my dental network. They were not so I call them and wanted to know if they would like to join. The first woman on the phone was very nice and polite; she told me she would be in contact in about a week. I did not pester them when a week passed because I understand that it may be busy. Anyway a month past and still no word. I call back today and a different person answers the phone. I try to explain to her the previous conversation, to no avail. So I ask to speak to the other woman and she asks in a rude tone "so are you gonna make an appointment or what"? (Uhm...no I'm not!) The other woman was busy talking to a patient at the time so I was unable to talk to her, I kindly ask for her to call me back and for this receptionists name. She says very quickly, "she will call you back" and hung up quick and hard. I call back an hour later and the same rude person answers the phone now asking for my insurance. I kindly ask to speak with the other woman, she is still busy. I asked for a possible call back time so I wouldn't miss the call (my lunch break was over). Instead of an answer she hangs up again! So the next time I called, I asked to speak to a manager no longer inquiring about my original question, but to relay the horrid phone etiquette and behavior this person has displayed. SHE HUNG UP AGAIN! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I'm no stalker. I am a prospective client. And word of mouth travels a lot faster than any advertisement (positive or negative). I guess the one star is for the woman who initially helped me "/ The search continues... read more
