I think I've been seen by pretty much everybody lol. They all work fast and do a great job. Also they are nice if you are nice to them. Ok so here's why I didn't give them all the stars: THE CUSTOMERS Omg SOME OF THE PEOPLE THAT COME HERE. I feel so bad for the people that work here. They have to endure that type of behavior. If owner ever reads this. I was in your establishment on 3/05/2020 (Thursday) at about 1230 pm I got sat in my pedicure chair .. as I'm waiting I notice an argument between a customer and an employee whom at the moment was doing someone else's nails. The customer a Tiny (guayanese or trini) girl was snapping her fingers in the employees face ( LITERALLY) demanding attention. When the employee looked up at her the Tiny lady became irate. She demanded attention stating that she was ignoring her also calling her a bitch. The customer that was being worked on by this employee I guess looked up at her and gave her a weird look ( I MEAN WHO WOULDNT AT THIS POINT I WAS TOO FROM ACROSS THE ROOM) the Tiny lady went off on the customer calling her names .. the customer ignored her and it was time to go wash her hands.. as she's getting up tiny lady is LITERALLY right next to her wouldn't move so the lady can get up and turn around. I don't know how the lady managed to go around her but tiny lady insisted she was pushed. Tiny lady starts screaming accusing her of pushing and GRABS HER BY THE ARM AND NUDGES AT HER. I couldn't believe my eyes. That was it for me. I at that very moment knew I would never be coming back there. That could've been me. It could've been any on you reading this. And honestly owner of Double Easy. YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE COPS. You did not ask the customer if she was ok. You took her money when she paid you and didn't say a GODAMN THING. You did the tiny ladys nails at the end because your employee could not take it anymore. All the looks and accusations.. at one point she even said she was going to STAB HER!!! Very unprofessional on your part. Now Emma was not there.. I'm pretty sure she would have said some crazy shit to the tiny lady. BUT Emma's husband was there. He witnessed the whole thing. Did not do anything.. So yea that's why Im never coming back here! Your work is efficient Double Easy and you're always busy because of it .. but Im telling you one day there's gna b an incident and someone's going to sue you. If something would ever happen to me like that I would have called the cops I would've turned it UP. I'm coming to relax not to feel scared for my life .. im spending my hard working money at your establishment . I'm grown I do not have time for that Stars are for your employees and the hard work they do on a daily basis. If I had stars for you sir. No stars

This was my first visit to this nail salon on New Year's Eve. I was fed up with my old salon that I had went to dutifully for 5 years.  I loved my manicurist but hated the rude and greedy owner.  When my manicurist left (supposedly she went back to China), I knew it was time for me to find another salon.  I found LG Nails on a fluke.  My beau and I were looking for a vegetable store in the area and stopped at a red light in front of the salon.   I heard a clairvoyant voice say, "Come hither" and I went in.  Lol I had a really good vibe about this salon.  Upon entering everyone shouted, "Happy New Year" and welcomed me.  It's a real "NYC Melting Pot" experience. People from all races, religions, cultures, sexes, ages, economics, education, etc. were being serviced.   Very Kumbaya. I wanted a spa pedicure and a new set of coffin shaped tips.  The manager introduced me to Anna for my pedicure.  She was very personable and knew how to give me a "Sha Nay Nay Pedicure" ( Watch Martin's Video: https://youtu.be/eXhPgpEeD1c). Lol. This nail salon has over 13 nail stations and 6 deluxe pedicure massage chairs. I'm 5'11" and the pedicure chair was very comfortable for a change.  I'm usually squished up in some small chair with painful pounding and knocking in the wrong places, instead of a soothing massage.  The pedicure by Anna was excellent, good massage, calluses gone, and toe nails glissining.  While receiving my pedicure, I met another patron with gorgeous nails who said,  "I don't care who I get.  They're all good." She further explained she had been coming to LG since they opened and that in order to work at this salon, the staff are well-trained, must work as an apprentice, and must deliver consistent and excellent quality services (or else). I should also mention that I observed good hygiene practices and a very clean environment with my own blue plastic wrapped pedicure bowl and clean utensils Then I was I introduced to Jayden.  Jayden is a Master nail tech.  It seems everyone speaks English  well and are friendly, which I really appreciated.  Jayden was sincerely interested in me and offered tips on how to care for my nails and skin in between appointments.  The entire experience took about 1-1/2 hours, which was great because I wanted to get in and get out. Cost The prices are AMAZINGLY inexpensive especially when you consider that they are double in Manhattan. Spa Pedicure: $27 which includes a 5-minute foot and calf massage.  Optional $3 for callous medication, $7 for skin conditioner, and $1 per minute for extra massage. Set of New Tips with 1 free nail design: $25 Plus customary 10% (or more) tip. My beau got a manicure too. Lucky me!  I received another massage with his nice smooth hands for New Years. Thanks again LG!
