I really don't like going to nail salons because I'm never really satisfied with the job many nail technicians do. However, that has recently changed after I visited Prisca. I stopped by for a gel pedicure with French tips $38 and a powder sns manicure with French tips $42 (plus two fake nails since two of my broke) and I am actually very pleased with the job done. Total cost was $80 and worth it since my mani pedi looks amazing and even and I didn't have to correct my nail technician once. Maybe now I can finally relax when I get my nails done. read more

I've been going to this salon for years now, I'm not complaining about the service for the other workers just the attitude and unprofessional manager or receptionist, she is always in a rush and rude!! She the first person that greets you the first chair. She had to redo my nails 3 times because she kept on rushing it super messy. Takes on what she can't handle for greed. Or maybe it's the owners that are pushing these woman to be like this. I do hope they are getting a larger potion of the fees we pay to get our nails done. All of this cost me $ 70 plus $5 tip for the person that did my hands. Another issue is the way they treat the elder clients, they act like they don't understand why they are saying and push the more expensive treatments or gel or sns when they just want regular polish! My grandma has been bullied so many times. They start doing it and when these older woman realize what's going on they say oh sorry and act like they have no clue. read more

PLEASE DON'T COME HERE! Let me start by saying this .. they are rude - and they rush. I came in on Christmas Eve - now let me tell you - I KNOW it's last minute and I KNOW it would be busy. This ISNT my usual nail stop - I just needed a spot walking distance to home because I couldn't make it to my usual spot becuase I was so busy. Anyway, I called the day before and asked what time they close Christmas Eve - I was told 8. Christmas Eve comes, I hurry out of work, and I call the salon again to ask what time they close - I was told it depends on the customers and they might close early - understandable of course. I asked if they would still be open if I can get there by 6:45pm - I was told yes. So I actually get there at 6:40 - I come in and I tell them I need UV gel set - and I'm told they are closed. ....what? The whole salon was filled with people. And you're going to tell me you're closed? I told them I called in advance and then another lady speaks out "oh you're the one who called?" So they have me wait about 5 minutes - I get seated and then I get worked on. The whole process of this seemed off. First of all - I noticed they had a sign that says "no refunds". That was my first red flag - then I felt like the lady was rushing through steps and not being as thorough. I didn't want to complain because it was so late and I was in a rush myself - so as I'm getting my nails done - other customers are leaving cause they are done - the nail lady is talking about UV Gel (not in English) and I'm sure complaining that I wanted this done so last minute. She would continue to look around and see people leaving and she didn't seem focused on my nails. I would watch her put the UV gel on and one nail looked wider than another and one was like bumpy? And it was not appealing. In the end - it was the worst nail job ever. NOT EVEN 5 days later - THE WHOLE NAIL COMES OFF!! She also made them TOO long and tried telling me it's the shortest they can do it to keep it coffin shape. Ummmmm no it's not. You just aren't skilled enough. 4 of my bails have broken off and peeled off and there is one more on the way of peeling off. It is so bad. $70 for UV gel manicure and marble design on TWO fingers and this happens?? This place is a joke. Please don't waste your money here. I would give 0 stars if I could. I recommend Victoria Nail & Spa at Roosevelt field mall. You'll never want to go to any other nail salon. Trust me. read more

I get here 30 mins early and wait for the store to open, every single time so I'm the first client. Yet they make me sit and wait for an hour or more bc I'm "soaking". It takes me less than 10 mins to sock yet everyone who walks in 30/40/50 mins after me finishes before me. Before they would just file me down and start me right away! This salon is beautiful however the service here isn't the best . A regular pedicure is $15 and they always try to talk you into doing spa pedicure or gel pedicure which is more money. And after saying no a few times , they get offended and dont really good a good job.I had better pedis at other places. The SNS powder gel is $30 but not really worth it. So the original person i go to at another nail salon is no longer there due to her pregnancy therefore i stepped in here to try it out and i must say i REGRET. I got regular acrylic tip and once they finished and polished i could tell what a horrible job they did. Acrylic was uneven . Polish was uneven . When i complained they had the nerve to tell me i would have to pay extra which i immediately denied . i don't think i want to give anyone else in here a shot . Horrible customer service! Definitely a few hours just to get your nails done. Constantly yelling in their language at one another and talking about customers. Always attempting to up-sell pedicure packages and if you keep on insisting no -- they catch an attitude. They are unsanitary do not wash pedicure bowl or clean their tools and once again! If you insist on spraying with alcohol --they catch an attitude. When painting nails they don't clean your nails to prevent bubbles or dusk residue to appear as you coat the nail. I was there with my girlfriend two days ago,cuz it's close to her office. The place is new, so everything is clean and well organized. I did a lavender spa pedicure,Sarah did it,she was nice and patient. It's really relaxing and comfortable,even though I didn't have much experience in nail salon before. I went there for the first time today. The salon is new, so everything seems "clean". However, the techs are very unsanitary. There were toenail clippings on the side of the foot tub from the previous perso.The tub barely had water in it. The lady who did my lavender "spa" pedicure was very rough, and rushed through everything. I only saw her use one (1) lavender product for my entire pedicure, which was disappointing since I paid $30 for it. I should have went with a regular $15 pedi. On to my nails, there are very few SNS colors and they don't seem very skilled at it. Kiki did my nails, she did an okay job but didn't bother to clean SNS residue from my hands. The person agreed to do a job that she wasn't able to. I brought it to their attention and said they will fix it but didn't I was over charged and asked why but didn't give a clear explanation. I over heard their conversation with another client who was getting the same thing as me and I was still getting charged more. My recommendation is to ask your total before getting anything done so they don't over charge you. read more

Very bad customer service and I felt very offended by a very racist comment by the guy who works there with glasses. The Nail polish was very runny and did not cover my nails. also quick dry oil messed up 3 nails ... I did not request the oil btw. I went back for them to fix it. The guy with glasses said if want my nails covered I should wear black polish. I am Indian and brown BTW .This is very unacceptable in a place of business . Worst salon ever!! Rude and unprofessional. Spent 3 hours at this salon just to get a full set- the lady messed up my nails (short tiny one with glasses)- was rude after doing a horrible job. Glued the nails so much. Asked her something and she kept ignoring me and kept speaking in her chinese language. Then the owner took over and fixed her mistake and she ended up messing up my nails too. I asked her if my nails were done and she said yes go wash with soap and water and I did and my nails turned white because my nails were not completely dry. I live close by so I couldn't wait to try this place out. I was really disappointed. They do NOT SANITIZE there tools. They use a tool and put it right back in a dirty cup. They have inappropriate music videos on the TV. They use very little polish on your nails. The girl dipped the brush in the bottle once while she was doing my top coat. I stood up to look for the girl who did my feet so I could tip her and the manager rudely told me to sit down. They also do not soak your nails or make you wash your hands. The drying table is really dirty. I can go on and on about how terrible this place is but I won't. This is a case of You Get What You Pay For! I will definitely not be returning there. read more

This salon is a nice little upscale spot tucked in the corner or 108th st on liberty. Salon is overall clean and tidy how in terms of service it sucks. Do not go here if you don't have 2-3 hrs to spare. They are super slow, very bias and will be yelling at each other in their mother tongue and create a ruckus while their clients just look on, and will have you waiting long periods of time to be serviced, serviced and to finish up I.e drying. I went in this salon today to get a Gel powder mani. Everything looks neat and done properly however the nail tech did not put gel on the nail after doing the powder. She put on a powder sealant and put me to go fan dry that. I sat there for 20mins drying my nails after which she said it done. I can go wash my hands and pay. I washed my hands, lotioned it and left after I paid my $30. Never goin back here for services again. I did a spa pedicure here before and it was great but I won't make them my go to salon for servicing. read more
