Not even a week and this is there work.

I can't believe I have to give a star for this hole. When does it cost $70 for a full set that is supposed to be powder? My favorite is that the nails fall off in less than a week. I just got them done on Tuesday and one has fallen off. This place sucks balls! I said I wanted a full set with acrylic or powder. Usually that costs around $30 or $35. This woman added a wrap and I said what are u doing? She tells me it will make stronger. Of course it's not going to because every set you gave that comes off takes layers off your original nail and makes it weaker. I told her that. Of course she bs me and I laugh, I'm not an idiot I studied science in school. Finally finished and the total is $70. I said excuse me and she says about the wrap. I remind her I did not want. Acrylic and powders stay on longer and wraps come off earlier. She says ok $65 and I argue and laugh again. She tells me when I come back next time for fill in it will be $35. Wtf! I have lived here for six years. It's not Manhattan. Now it's rounded to $60, and I pay, dry my nails, and leave. What a waste. I should have walked to another salon. Worst nail job I have ever had in my entire life. I should have went to Sally's and bought the stuff and did it myself. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else. I learned my lesson. I had to put it up again because they tried to get it down.

Not even a week. The nails are not the size they should be and I told her so. Sorry about the photo.

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over five years, and unfortunately, my experience…read morehas steadily declined. One of the biggest issues has been trying to schedule appointments with the nail technician I request. It has consistently been more difficult than it should be, despite my being a long-time customer. I shouldn't have to fight to book with the technician I prefer. I've also had multiple experiences where my nails looked fine when I left the salon, but by the time I reached my destination, the polish wasn't fully dry or something had already been damaged. When I returned to have the issue corrected, I was often made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff. The reality is, if the service had been done properly the first time, I wouldn't have had to come back. Another concern has been the level of customer service. On several occasions, the manager, Vicky, has come across as dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational in her interactions with customers. The way concerns are communicated matters just as much as the resolution itself. In contrast, Joyce has consistently demonstrated a much more professional, respectful, and courteous approach. Even when addressing an issue, her delivery reflects good customer service, and that difference is noticeable. I also find it unprofessional when staff members begin speaking in another language while actively addressing a concern that involves me, especially without including me in the conversation. I understand that employees may naturally speak their preferred language with one another. However, when it happens during a customer interaction, it can make a customer feel excluded and leave the impression that they are being discussed. Whether or not that is the case, it creates an uncomfortable experience and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect as a paying customer. I've also noticed that some customers appear to receive a different level of treatment than others. Every paying customer deserves the same respect, attention, and professionalism. I work hard for my money, and I have every right to advocate for the service I want. Asking for quality work and respectful customer service should never be treated as a problem. After five years of supporting this business, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Loyalty should be appreciated, not taken for granted. I no longer feel valued as a customer, and I would rather spend my money at a business where professionalism, consistency, and customer service are priorities.

This has been my nail salon for many years. The salon is clean and comfortable and the staff is…read moreprofessional and friendly.
