truly the best dentist office ever... i was a new patient looking for a quick appointment since i had a tooth issue. they were able to accommodate me so quickly ( monica was so sweet, kind and efficient - so thankful for that) and squeezed me in that same day. i was greeted with warm smiles and such good care it made it easy to come back for my follow up. it was a dentist appointment i was looking forward to for once:) dr ghobrial was truly incredible. i felt so comfortable and comforted my entire visit. still blown away with how incredible of a dentist he is. even at the end with booking my follow up appointment and discussing insurance etc, it felt so personal and cared for. my dentist retired so i was expecting it to be difficult finding a new office and dentist , but was truly lucky to stumble upon this dentistry! sooo satisfied :') read more

Everyone has been so wonderful - from when the office was at Murrieta with the original staff, to now with the new location on East Ave. Harmeet has been my hygienist for several years and she is the best! I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with one of the staff members at this clinic. I called today to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow because I am not feeling well. Instead of being met with understanding or even basic courtesy, I was told I would need to pay a cancellation fee of around $100. I politely asked if the fee could be waived, given that it is out of my control that I became sick and that I do not want to risk coming into the office while possibly contagious. What shocked me most was the staff member's response. She did not bother to ask about my symptoms or show any concern for my health or the safety of others. Instead, she said the most unprofessional and insensitive thing imaginable: "Well, you don't sound sick to me, so you can either pay the cancellation fee or show up to your appointment tomorrow." I was appalled. This is not only dismissive but incredibly inappropriate. She is not a doctor, and she has no business attempting to diagnose me over the phone - especially without even asking what symptoms I was experiencing. Even licensed physicians ask questions before making any assessment. To be spoken to in this manner when I was simply trying to act responsibly is unacceptable. In my opinion, this behavior reflects a serious lack of professionalism and compassion. No patient should ever be treated this way. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone from this clinic to understand how this type of conduct is considered acceptable. Great experience here and also at the Antioch location as well. I had some work I had neglected and was apprehensive to go in. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff was understanding and compassionate when helping me get back in the chair on a regular basis. Thank you! I was a former patient of Dr Lin, who previously owned this practice. I was unaware that it had been sold. The dental hygienist was great and was kind and patient. The dentist seemed rushed, very blunt and did not seem compassionate. I won't be returning. Update: This just further confirms my instincts about this place. When I arrived I was warmly greeted. I was scrolling on my phone when an older lady fell and two employees rushed out to help her in and made sure she was okay. During my treatment I got very nervous and the staff supported me and reassured me with kind words. Second time the same filling has come out. The first time was a year ago, and they said because the filling was less than a year old, they would not cover the cost. And here we are a year later, and the same filling has come out again. A couple years ago I felt mislead to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed at the same time, believing my insurance would still cover the majority (later found out it did not). I left their office earlier this year because I was no longer confident in the quality of their work, and the financial side seemed shady/off-putting to me--they kept trying to charge my husband and I for x-rays every 6 months. I also didn't like the fact that I saw a different hygienist every time (seemed to have a high employee turnover). Do not recommend. read more

They are very good at what they do and go above and beyond to make you comfortable and help you. I personally have been getting a lot of dental work done recently because of an injury to my front tooth when I was a child, and the staff has been amazing along my journey. I had just switched my dental plan and referred to Smile Line Dentistry. The manager was friendly and the team helped me with my info process as a first timer. I went in for a cleaning and had Arraiya as my hygienist and she was great, super friendly and very thorough. She taught me different flossing techniques. I don't floss as often as I should, but she encouraged me to floss now on the daily. I also met Dr Sidhu as she came to perform an exam. She's very friendly and I would trust her with any procedures. I scheduled an appointment for my mom several months ago and she has yet to be seen as they have called to cancel/reschedule (the day before her appt!) twice now. The first time was due to them not having an hygienist available. Fine, it's understandable. We rescheduled the appt which was months away. Well, Lo and Behold, we get another call saying they have to reschedule again for the same reason (no hygienist!). When's the next appointment you ask? Two months away.
