The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the visit. More than once, she told my mother to "find a new dentist" simply because my mother questioned a treatment plan that had never been discussed with or agreed upon by the dentist. At no point did the dentist come out personally to speak with my mother or address the confusion regarding the treatment plan. Instead, the receptionist handled the situation in a hostile and disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, she followed us out the door continuing to argue and make unnecessary comments. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when discussing their healthcare and treatment options. This experience was completely unacceptable and very upsetting for my mother.
