But honestly, the bedside manner and professionalism of the doctor he saw shocked me. I've seen lots of difficult patients in my life, but never reacted to nor seen another medical professional treat or speak to a patient like this dentist did my son. He got scared, and the dentist, mid injection, said, we're not doing this today and slammed his syringe down and huffed off, leaving the room: no apology, no explaination, no plan, nothing. It was very strange. The tech offered an antibiotic, even thought they both said there was no infection. But they left my boy mid-extraction, numb, with no communication other than, we're not going to be your dentist. I have fired and declined to see patients before, but this came out of the blue, a complete overreaction to a special needs kid who was scared. I'm hoping we'll receive an apology or an explanation. And a doctor yelling at a patient out loud in the waiting room is unacceptable, and a borderline HIPAA violation. If I were this dentist or his office staff, I'd be embarrassed and ashamed. Please do better, especially with special needs individuals. If we don't hear from them, I'll file a complaint with Medicaide. He said, out loud, that we wouldn't be charged, and we were no longer considered patients of his, but that's not the point. And I'm REALLY unsure what my son did that merited such an extreme reaction. I'll call back later to ask. I was so shocked, we just left. It felt abusive and negligent.

I am currently entering my 6 month healing for my last four implants that was placed yesterday . Every surgery went well and just like he told me . He has great bedside manners and very family oriented. He makes me and my family feel like we are right at home . Today I left work early and showed up 10 minutes before my 6 month cleaning and was told I would have to reschedule since I did not confirm my appointment. Cancelling an appointment I've had for 6 months because I did not click confirm on the single email that was sent out is unacceptable. I didn't open the email because the appointment was already on my calendar and I did not require a reminder. I understand no-shows cost you money, but transferring that cost to those of us who keep our appointments is not the answer. My family and I will not be returning. I would urge you to reconsider this policy.

This week was off to a rough start getting not 1 but 2 cavities filled. Since they were on each…read moreside of my mouth I decided to book 2 separate appointments. My first one was filled by Dr. Anderson, and it went really well. He was kind, gentle, and fairly fast. I had just a little soreness after the numbness had worn off. My second one was filled by Dr. Brett, and I had an unpleasant experience. I felt like he was rushing to finish my procedure, and it made me really anxious. There wasn't enough time allowed for the numbing agent when he started drilling. After I said I could feel a little bit he made the comment "I'm not going to hurt anyone today!" and left the room. Once I was numb enough, he started again. He was a lot rougher than Dr. Anderson, and he didn't give warnings or countdowns before the next step. After doing the bite test (in which he made the point to say that things weren't lining up and made a joke about it) I was set. The nurse didn't offer me water to rinse out, and I felt rushed to leave. My soreness was more intense after the numbness wore off. If you need to have dental work done I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson!
