If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I had been a patient at…read morethis office for years, so this experience was incredibly disappointing. My routine cleaning had been scheduled for nearly a year. Then, two days before my appointment, they called to tell me they no longer accepted my insurance. What makes it even more frustrating is that I had already received a letter from my insurance company stating this office would become out of network in late August. When I politely mentioned the letter because I was trying to understand the discrepancy, the receptionist (I believe her name was Britton or Brittany) responded in an incredibly rude, condescending tone: "No. We stopped accepting Aetna July 1st." There was no explanation, no apology, and no effort to be helpful. To make matters worse, they didn't notify me until July 20th, despite having my appointment scheduled for the entire year, and even having me confirm it beforehand. They had plenty of opportunities to let me know so I could find another provider instead of waiting until the last minute. Since they no longer accepted my insurance, I was told a routine cleaning would cost over $200 out of pocket. While I understand offices can choose which insurance plans they accept, it's hard not to question why long-time patients weren't informed much sooner. Waiting until the last minute left me with the choice of paying hundreds of dollars or scrambling to find another dentist. To be clear, I understood that once they stopped accepting my insurance, I was going to find another dentist anyway. What earned this review wasn't that decision, it was how they handled it. The poor communication, the last-minute notice, and the rude way I was spoken to turned what could have been an understandable business change into a terrible patient experience. It certainly left me wondering whether the decision to stop accepting my insurance earlier than expected benefited the office financially. After years of being a patient, I expected much better.

We'll they showed their true colors again today. My daughter had a set cleaning appointment for a year, now today two days before her appointment they call and tell her they're no longer in the Aetna network and her cleaning would be 230.00. The letter we received indicated they wld no longer be in the network after 24th of Augusr. Another example of sloppy don't care about anyone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Their current rating should tell you stay away.

Review for Dr. Hardison - Oral Surgery Experience…read more I had three molar extractions and three bone grafts performed by Dr. Hardison, and unfortunately my experience was far more difficult than I was prepared for. I was not given a clear explanation of what to truly expect with this level of surgery. Had I known how intense the recovery would be, I would have opted to do only one side of my mouth at a time rather than all three extractions and grafts in one visit. My pain lasted about 3.5 weeks, with throbbing, significant pain for the first 2.5 weeks. I was not proactively prescribed antibiotics, which ultimately led to an infection that required an urgent care visit. Additionally, I was only given three days of pain medication. When I went in for a follow-up after the urgent care visit, because the pain was severe and ongoing, I felt dismissed and treated like I was seeking medication rather than genuinely needing relief for a legitimate postoperative issue. While the surgical outcome may have been technically adequate, the lack of guidance, proactive care, and compassionate communication made this experience extremely challenging. I hope this feedback helps improve transparency and patient care for others considering similar procedures.

The practice uses advanced technology, which really shows in the efficiency and quality of care. What stood out most was how compassionate and attentive the staff were...they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I received fantastic care and would highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.
