When I emailed them about it, though, they did not reply at all. I even sent a follow-up email, in case the first email was just missed. No reply. That to me is where the very poor customer service came into play. Not only did they damage my clothing, but they don't want to acknowledge it, take responsibility, or even respond to my email!! Along came, "Your Laundry is Done." After a few miss-communications and playing "text-tag," we got it figured out! Or I should say, "I got it figured out!" They picked up my bag Monday morning and dropped off my clean, folded, wonderfully fragrant clean cloths Tuesday. Simple! There's a minimum charge of $40.00, so I just HAVE to bite the bullet because I really only have about $30.00 worth of wash, by weight, at their rates. Oh well. Beats a heart attack! I would recommend this service to anyone. And you don't HAVE to use them weekly! You can pay a little more and only use the service when needed. In a pinch, give them a try! Clyde

I even let the shirts hang in the garage overnight (after I removed the plastic wrap) to helpfully air out. Nope. Didn't help. People who are 5 feet away can even smell it. I just hope the next cleaners can remove the smell. Why do they feel they have to add ANY scent? And if it's an option, why didn't they tell me when I brought the shirts in for cleaning?
