I took my daughter to get a root canal and Dr Vanessa was very professional. my daughter has…read moreanxiety and is very scare when it comes down to dentist visit, since she had a very bad experience on a visit with a different dental office.. today she went back to take care of a cavity and Hilldi did her refill, she was amazing she kept my daughter calm and talked to her explaining every step. our appointment was at 11 am and we didn't get called in until 12 am. we did wait a little longer this time but overall very nice and professional place .

I called their office Monday Morning and by 11am, I was in their office. She promised me she'd get me out of pain and for the first time in 2 months, I woke up this morning without severe pain. They were VERYA caring and even were super supportive during the needle phase of numbing (super sensitive to needles.) will definitely recommend them any day and REALLY hope they'll keep me as a full time client because I'd love to make this office my new dentist.

Two times now I've gone in for my appointment and was seen an hour to an hour and a half PAST my appointment time- resulting in services that I need to get done them not having time for. Now I have to go back for a third visit just to get done the original tooth that I came in for in April. A woman was there about 15 minutes after I got there sometime before 10 AM. She had a doctor appointment at noon somewhere else and after an hour of waiting for her appointment which was at 10:30. She asked if she should reschedule because she wouldn't make her second appointment. I'm not sure who is in charge of the scheduling, but they need to be let go. Over booking an understaffed office is not helping your team or your patient care. The amount of time collectively I've spent waiting in that office I could've driven to my old dentist in Orange County. Got the work done and came back home I understand your time is valuable, but so is the time of the patients who take off work, arranged, childcare, or schedule other appointments in their day. An hour to 2 hours to be seen as crazy work- only to be told " there's not enough time to do the thing you came in here for we're gonna have to reschedule you"

It honestly felt more like a spa for your dental needs. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. You can tell they have a positive work environment, and it really shows in the way they treat their patients. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jess at the front desk. I had some confusion about the cost breakdown and she took the time to explain everything clearly. Dental costs and insurance can be confusing, so I really appreciated how patient she was and how easy she made the process. During my visit, I had a deep cleaning and some fillings done. My hygienist, Monica, was so gentle and reassuring. She knew I was anxious and checked in throughout my cleaning to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Oh was wonderful. He's personable, thorough, and takes the time to answer all of your questions. Kevin, who assisted during my fillings, was also kind and helpful. I never felt rushed, and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. My husband also had a great experience with his deep cleanings and fillings. The care itself was excellent, and he was happy with his treatment. I also appreciated the little touches that made the experience feel different from a typical dental visit. They have TVs above the chairs so you can watch a movie or show while getting work done, and they even give you a warm towel afterward that smelled like peach mango. It was such a nice touch. The only feedback I have is more about the office operations than the dental care itself. My husband's scheduling felt a bit disorganized. He received multiple calls asking to reschedule his appointments. On the day of his last visit, he was also asked to come in earlier and had his hygienist changed at the last minute. His appointment still went well, but the scheduling process could definitely be smoother. I would also recommend keeping track of your remaining balance when checking out. On separate visits, both my husband and I were initially quoted a higher remaining balance than what we actually owed. It was corrected once we brought it up, but since it happened to both of us, I think it's something the office could improve. Overall, we've had a really positive experience and this has definitely become our new dentist office. Thank you to Dr. Oh and the entire team for making something I usually dread feel much less stressful.

I have gone to the dentist evey 6 months since I was a child and I know that my teeth should feel squeaky clean after going to the dentist. My sonicare cleans my teeth better than the cleanings at this office!! Lastly, the office reception is terrrrrible. Not that they're rude but they get appointments wrong, forget to put appointments in the schedule, put you on hold forever on the phone, and generally make dealing with this office really difficult.

Appears there's a language barrier, not quite sure she understood my questions, if so she was very blunt with her response. The dental assistant was new, however he's skilled, open & communicates well! He'll get better in time especially if the system is working properly.. Yall should trust the billing lady, very knowledgeable, informative & has been around.. she knows her stuff! Give her a raise, flower & constantly reward her, she's awesome with her delivery, explanation & providing the scope w/scheduling. 2nd analysis was from my Son: Experience same rudeness from dentist & felt she was very new!
