They typically give you a 25-30 min pick up time after the order is placed. I arrived 15 minutes early and received a text shortly after stating my order was ready. I proceed to pick up the order and return back to my office in about 5-6 minutes before eating. Within this time frame my fries were already cold. Again, the burger is of very good quality meat. But placing an automatic tip of $4 on an already expensive burger that I have to go pick up myself seems unreasonable.
