I ordered the club burger. It was 1 of the best burgers I've had in awhile. The condiments were fresh. Avocado was delicious. Burger had the perfect doneness and perfect amount of condiments. Terrible experience today. I ordered their burger with jalapeños and their was none on the burger. On top of that the bun was cold. Also all the staff behind the counter was very unfriendly. Did not say thank you, did not smile, zero customer service skills. When I said thank you there was no response. If it was just a burger that was disappointing, it would be fine but the lack of customer service here is definitely a reason why I would not go back. I'd rather wait in the Chick-fil-A line for 10 minutes and get the correct food and better service. Worst customer service! No greeting when you come in. No thank you after ordering. One of the workers was wearing sweatpants, vans, and a sweatshirt. There was trash all over and dirty tables. The workers in the back were all laughing and talking. I even saw that one of them had air pods on while working. I never saw the two workers in the front wash their hands before putting on gloves. I have worked in the food service for over two years and know that it's not hard to do a good job and provide good customer service. I had high hopes for this place. It's a playground with trash everywhere and the employees that deliver the food get paid to be on their cell phones. Stop touching your hair and face if your handling food. Clean clothes go a long way too - couple of the employees had dirty clothes with pet hair on it and had dirty matted hair and all I could think is it would fall in my food as they were running the food to the tables. This is a great new Smashburger location in Prosper, Tx right off the tollway and 380. It's a popular location so be ready to wait in line! Or, pro tip, order ahead online. Although there is a big line the kitchen is fast and had our to go order ready and under 10 minutes. Everything was cooked perfectly and the burgers were beautifully done! I had a custom burger with guacamole, bacon, extra cheddar cheese . My significant other had a specialty Burger off the menu that was also perfectly done. There are so many options here I can't remember which one she tried this time. But I remember it being gone pretty quick so that means it was too her liking. The sweet potato fries are really good, don't pass those up and give them a try if you haven't before. They have a little spice to them, I like it. Definitely not your run-of-the-mill sweet potato fries there's something special to these. This is our go-to burger place. The menu has a great selection of options for our whole family. We love the beef burgers and the chicken as well. The Smash Fries and Smash Tots are great! They add rosemary, which makes them flavorful. I'm not a big fan of tater tots, but these are fantastic! Light, crispy and delicious. And the shakes are the best in town. They even give you the excess made while creating the shake, which is a nice little bonus. The service is alway super-friendly while keeping the line moving fast. Sometimes the line is to the door, but we've never had to wait long. If the tables look full, there are more in the back. We eat here almost every week and our experience has been consistently positive. read more

It was an overall ok experience. Me and my sister walked in and there was about 3 family's in front of us in line. No big deal because we weren't in a big rush, we had about an hour. After 20-25 minutes of waiting it was our turn to order. As we walk up to the register the employee walks away and starts doing something else. The service here is seriously lacking. There were 4 people in our party and when we arrived, there were 2 families behind us. Each of those families had equal amounts of people in their party and both had food on their table and almost eaten by the time our order was out. My son and I live for Smashburger! And normally, we have a good experience. I'm not sure if yesterday was an off day - 08/09. We excited saves our calories for our Saturday cheat meal. The service was sub par, while we were ordering, the young lady kept on focusing on another customer who was unhappy about her order.
