My first visit will actually be my last visit. I always wanted to try this place since it opened and yesterday was the day. We came here for dinner and ordered Cheesy Caramelized Onion Smash with Oreo milk shake, Double Classic Smash Burger with smash fries and a soda (which makes this an entree) and a kids meal. It didn't take that long for us to get our food and the burger was decent. I would recommend the double classic smash burger but not so much the onion smash. As far as the kids meal, it is a decent size for being almost 8 dollars but the burger did taste little fishy. Anyways, as we're eating our food, we kept seeing the sign KIDS EAT FREE ON WEDNESDAY. Which we thought it was strange since we paid for my daughters meal. I went on the website and confirmed this promotion is still going on and dresher location is one of the participating store and we should have gotten the kids meal for free since we purchased an entree. After we finished our meal, my husband went up to the cashier and asked about the promo. The cashier goes back and talks to the manager, only to come back with "the promotion ended" my husband was very confused since the sign is flashing right in front of them and asked "when did the promo end?" and the cashier goes "uhhhhhhh 26th" I attached the photo of the promo that was posted on the website that states the promo ends on 12/31/2022. With the promo being advertised everywhere you see, I am not sure why they wouldn't give us the kids meal for free and lie that the promotion ended. So over 8 dollar and the managers laziness to issue a refund, spot burger lost a customer forever. But if you're in a mood to eat a mediocre burger and be lied to, spot burger is a place to be!

Food was decent. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was just the right size. The fries were hot and crispy. My husband ordered the bacon and cheddar burger but the cashier said they weren't doing that sandwich that day. It was on the menu so not sure what that was all about. He ended up ordering a regular cheeseburger. He said it was really greasy. The store wasn't packed but the staff still seemed rushed and Stand-offish.

I was out shopping and decided to stop at Smashburger to get something to eat. I usually read the reviews before stopping somewhere I have never been. This time I was reading the reviews as I waited for my food. The cashier was nice and friendly. He knew his job well as he helped me with my order. I decided to dine in, so he gave me a number and I found a seat. I decided on the Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger a order of fries and a Coke. As I waited for my food it gave me time to check out the place and read some of the reviews. I found it a little confusing how their system works. I wasn't sure if I had to go get my food when they called my number or if someone was going to bring it to me. This was because there were a lot of people standing around. I did find out a waitress was bringing it to me after asking. As time went on and I read some of the reviews I discovered how slow they are. Just through observation, I could see no one except the cashier had any get up and go about them. He was even in the back helping with the food orders when he had a slow moment at the register. The rest just took their good time doing the smallest task, like wrapping the burgers up. My Goodness! It hurt my heart seeing this in slow motion. It wasn't that busy and they were still getting the orders mixed up. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my food. The bacon brisket burger was pretty good. Plenty of meat, fresh bun, just a little greasy. The French fries were pretty good as well. Looks like everything is freshly made, so that's probably some of the wait time, but the rest just comes from no enthusiasm, lack of experience and disorganization. I would go back, but only if I have plenty of time to wait for my food. They get 3 stars because most of the workers are too slow and have no energy to work, but the food was pretty good.

Newly opened in Willow Grove it was calling us to come try it out even though we've been to the one in Jersey long ago. Who am I to not try out a new burger location. The wife just got a double bacon and I got the Colorado triple. Everything was made very fresh and it was served extremely hot. All the flavors were fantastic. Still enjoyed it. Really liked the onion straws, but for what they charge they could at least give you a full basket since they are only onions. Glad this is opened up here, this is around our errand route so very convenient. Nice addition to the area.

Good food but not worth the 1 hour wait for 3 spicy chicken tenders when Chick-fil-A is across the street.

We went with the 20-piece Southern Country Garlic Wings and the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls. Overall, the flavor did not disappoint! The wings were incredibly delicious, packed with garlicky Southern flavor and served jumbo style, which was a nice touch. However, I do wish we had asked for them fried hard. The texture would've been much better that way. One small downside was the fatty bits left on the wings before frying, which made them a tad bit annoying to eat. At $26.99 for 20 wings, they were definitely on the pricey side. The Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls had a great crunch, but they were extremely small. Flavor-wise, they were decent, though I've had better. At $13.99, I expected a little more in size and portion. Despite a few minor critiques, we enjoyed our meal and appreciated the no fuss dinner option. Would I come back? Possibly, but next time I'm asking for those wings fried extra hard! Rating: 3.5

Prices are fair other than drink prices which were a little high. The food was delicious and had a nice appearance. The crab on the creamy linguini tasted surprisingly fresh as well. Every staff member was extremely polite as well. I will say, there were a couple individuals who appeared to be regulars that acted as if they were over served and when they left, the bartender said "I love you guys, have a good one," which was a little much even if it's for the sake of getting tips from regulars who aren't responsible enough to hold their liquor properly. The same patrons at the bar were also extremely loud which reminds you that it is a "bar" and not a fancy restaurant despite the amazing food and staff. The food and professionalism from the majority of the staff simply did not match the appearance of the workers who wore personal t-shirts which makes the whole experience feel a lot more casual despite the prices. Regardless we will be back due to the treatment from the staff and the great food!

The bar area was quite large and it appears in the warmer weather that one of the exterior walls retracts. Our server, Rachael, was wonderful: friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. The drink menu included one of my favorite ciders, and the tap lines must be well-maintained because it tasted exactly as it should. The fries were simple but surprisingly good. Cons: Unfortunately, the food itself really missed the mark. The fried pickles were unlike any we've had--and we order them often. They were overloaded with greasy batter that tasted more like a donut than a savory appetizer. The wings were another disappointment. We love wings and usually finish an order easily, but these had an overwhelming vinegar flavor that made them tough to eat. We ended up leaving almost half the order. Overall: The standout of the entire visit was the service. If we could sit in Rachael's section again, we might consider giving the place a second chance--but strictly for the service, not the food.
