Mercifully, they offer a gluten free version of their buns, The patties are always cooked to perfection and the unctuous melted cheese pairs well with them. The brininess of the pickles and softness of the buns are also great for balancing the yummy flavors that make up an Augie burger. They also seem to be made of fresh ingredients, which is probably why the burgers keep well in the fridge if you can't finish a whole one the same day it's made. These burgers are an exemplary example of great cooking. The service is friendly, even if the restaurant is busy. Just walking in let's you know you're in for a delicious meal because it smells so good in there. I recommend this haven of delight to essentially everyone.
