After we selected our options, the man behind the counter asked if we would like to substitute any ingredient or add anything. We told him, as is. I however do appreciate asking, this way we know everything is customizable. My Hummus Bowl featured spinach as the base, roasted chicken, grape tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, hummus and pita chips. This was dressed with a fiery dressing. For drinks there are some canned options and there are some refreshers at the filling station. I was not aware of what a large serving this bowl was going to be. It was huge and so tasty. It was very fresh, the chicken was warm, the cucumbers were zesty and the pita chips were crunchy. The dressing was a bit spicy. I got the pomegranate drink. It was very sweet. Next time I should mix it with water, to dilute it a bit. My friend also enjoyed her salad. We agreed we should've got one and shared it. There are so many other options I'd love to try next.

I ordered the Sweet Apple Orchard salad and customized it with the hot panko chicken and some cucumber; Eleeeeee-lite! The portion size was also huge. I couldn't even finish it in one sitting.
