The back is extremely short even though I repeatedly asked her to stop cutting, she said it wasn't even yet. And the front is just two long pieces that do not even flow into the back. The things is, I never even asked for an A-line to begin with. I paid of course because I felt like it was the right thing to do, but I walked out in tears. Went in and was seen by Victoree for a balayage. The salon itself is beautiful, everything is neatly organized and clean. Chairs are comfortable and staff is very friendly. You are offered a drink of choice when you come in and so those morning when I am in a hurry and forget to have a cup of coffee--- this place is helpful for that pick me up. The interaction between me and my stylist felt organic, she was thorough and asked clarifying questions so that we could achieve what I was looking for. Pricing is fair for the area and also based on experience level of the stylist. I've already been twice for my hair and twice for facials. Highly recommend the signature facial btw! When I arrived, Chloe greeted me, sat me in her chair and introduced her father, who would be doing the cut. At the time of checkout, I was presented with a credit card scanner for her father in the amount of $90 for the cut (isn't the haircut included with coloring fee?). Then came a different scanner for a company called Glossed, LLC in the amount of $400. She should have mentioned her fee and company and not blindside me with this outrageous charge. She never mentioned that she had her own business (Glossed, LLC) or her own price point other than what the website that she is working under states. $490 plus tip is an outrageous fee, and nothing was ever mentioned about it, I was assuming I would be paying $250 plus tip on the website of the salon where she works. I did text Chloe with regard to this false advertising and have received no response. Zero transparency and an outrageous fee makes me go elsewhere.

Ky is so genuinely sweet and friendly you can't help but have a good conversation with her as she goes to work on your hair. I had a deep condition, cut, and balayage with her and loved how it turned out. Balayage is an art form and Ky is passionate about her work and the finished product. She is super knowledgeable and offers cuts and toning touch ups for a modest fee. People obviously underestimate the abilities of this young stylist but they shouldn't! She doesn't disappoint!

There was a very nice lady there, I am so bad at names I can not remember hers, but she refused to let me leave without giving me a haircut, even though I could not pay today. Was not expecting something so nice today and it was a stressful day in town shopping so it was VERY appreciated.
