I just had to finally dispute the charge through my bank. So 69 bucks total for a crappy haircut and zero customer service. I'm contacting the state IG and file a complaint. Stay away.

I haven't been this excited about my hair for 15 years. She spent an hour and with precision gave me everything I could want or expect from a stylist. There was a very nice lady there, I am so bad at names I can not remember hers, but she refused to let me leave without giving me a haircut, even though I could not pay today. She was very friendly and gave me a great haircut. I really appreciate it and plan on using this place in the future. I will tell my friends about it as well. Was not expecting something so nice today and it was a stressful day in town shopping so it was VERY appreciated. Any time someone does a nice thing for others it makes me happy, doubly so if it's for me (hehe). I hope others read this and decide to use their services. They were able to schedule my son for a same day appointment. I always get nervous trying out a new barber as my son is a bit picky, and with the added stress of wanting to make sure he felt fresh and confident for his upcoming first day at a new school I was feeling a little extra stressed lol All I can say is thank god I chose Cutter's.
