I asked for a soft, faded balayage and instead got the most blotchy, choppy, uneven mess you can imagine. It was nothing like what I asked for--TEASY balayage, not zebra stripes! I was absolutely devastated. I trusted them, and they RUINED my hair. I'm still traumatized and thank GOD I went to a different hair salon to fix it. And to top it off, when I asked for a refund, the owner said no, unless I went there and they fixed it AS IF I had the confidence and trust them with my hair again, HECK NO, no apology, no accountability, nothing.
