Had an appointment scheduled with Christy right before I was leaving town for a week or so. All the stylists were so nice and friendly, I felt very welcomed. It's always a little weird trying to tell someone cutting your hair for the first time exactly how you like it cut and what you want it to look like. Christy worked with me to fix what needed to be fixed and accomplish the look I wanted. After styling my hair a week later i realized it was a little uneven and didn't look exactly how I wanted. I sent a message over the weekend asking if it could be fixed and received a message from Christy first thing Monday morning telling me she would be more than happy to sit me back down and fix my hair. I came back in and was still greeted with the same friendless from her and the other stylists. She also didn't charge me which was a nice bonus. Overall very pleased with this place

They have an app for check ins, which was painless and easy to use. There wasn't a wait, so we checked in and drove to the salon. We were greeted immediately and put at ease by the friendly staff. They LISTENED! And offered suggestions, which were great. The salon was clean and neat, well organized and comfortable. Music playing, but not blaring. Our haircuts were quick, but well done. I felt at ease and so did my teen. (They took extra care with his cut due to sensory issues.) They also keep notes in the computer about your cut to eliminate guesswork on return visits!!! It is so easy! We will be back and I can definitely recommend.

I have been here before and it was good and everyone was so sweet except Stuart. My stylist thinned out my hair with thinning sheers but didn't use regular sheers to blend or create real layers, and used an electric razor and it made my hair blunt and the hair curl inwards instead of layers. I wasn't even going to leave a review because I felt bad for even asking for a refund but Stuart was rude when I was asking if I could get the full amount back and I even apologized and I said it was ok if I couldn't and he said "that was time you took up on her schedule" in a rude tone and I felt patronized so I explained that they messed up my hair and he said "it was messed up before you came in" and hung up on me. I felt so bad asking for a refund instead of letting them fix it in the first place because I didn't want to risk a worse haircut, but after that response I feel like I made the right call and don't want others to make the same mistake. I was so shocked and hurt. I felt so bad for not liking it but I couldn't believe how he made it sound like I inconvenienced my stylist when I have to live with this hair and I cried for over an hour because i felt so ugly. She also clipped me with an electric razor and I included pictures. I won't name the stylist because she probably just isn't used to my hair type but I am name dropping Stuart because he was so mean when I was feeling down.

Misty K has been doing my hair for 7 years now and she is AMAZING!…read more I am 25 years old with over half of my head covered with grey hair (LUCKY ME) and I am one to frequently get bored with my hair color and style. I have been blonde, brunette, red head and everything in between...all done successfully by Misty. Not only is she always able to cover my grey and get me to the color, tone and hue I want, she does it smart. She won't pour a bunch of bleach on your head and ruin your hair if you want to go blonde, but she does it in increments (very affordable increments) to keep your hair healthy and looking it's best! Currently I have an AMAZING ombré that gets complimented daily. Definitely give her a call and see how awesome she can make your hair!
