I understand that delays can happen from time to time, and I try to be understanding when they do. However, when a business enforces a strict cancellation policy for its clients, it's reasonable to expect appointments to be honored within a reasonable timeframe. I was able to book an appt. on line and Nicole sent an acknowledgement and directions. The salon was easy to find and had parking right in front. Nicole and her dog, Rosy greeted me with a warm welcome. It is clean and quiet, which I like. She made observations and recommendations about my hair and listened to what I wanted done. Since I have naturally curly hair, but have colored it for years, it has lost its curl and healthy shine. So a part of the cut and style I requested is to help bring back my curls. She did this and more! As an added bonus Nicole is friendly, open-minded, funny, intuitive, and is very easy to talk to...using an analogy, she is like wearing pair of your favorite shoes.
