Sara is an amazing stylist and a really down to earth person. She has been in the industry for seventeen years and gives great hair results fast. She used an Olaplex treatment on my hair which changed my hair's condition. I felt so pampered and understood. The salon is so pretty but comes without the pretentiousness of some of these places. It usually takes a few cuts to really get a feel for my type of hair (thick and coarse and bleached). Then, on a previous visit, she repaired a very bad cut from a different vendor there in town. I was able to book an appt. on line and Nicole sent an acknowledgement and directions. The salon was easy to find and had parking right in front. Nicole and her dog, Rosy greeted me with a warm welcome. It is clean and quiet, which I like. She made observations and recommendations about my hair and listened to what I wanted done. Since I have naturally curly hair, but have colored it for years, it has lost its curl and healthy shine. So a part of the cut and style I requested is to help bring back my curls. She did this and more! As an added bonus Nicole is friendly, open-minded, funny, intuitive, and is very easy to talk to...using an analogy, she is like wearing pair of your favorite shoes. Then I met Glenn! He has worked in top salons NYC and Dallas and now he's in Durango! Not only is he every bit as good as NYC stylists, he's also fun to talk to.
