It was very unprofessional and I was treated by her very poorly. I never ever thought to put a review faints her, until YEARS later, I shopped at the Napa auto parts store behind her shot and had her dog attack my ankles with me newborn baby in my arms. When I went to confront her about the situation, she shut and locked the door on me while flipping me off. Not to mention, her dog was hit by a car a year earlier, because she lets them unprofessionally run around her salon, in a commercial complex, like they are running around on her acreage!!!!!! Thought she would have learned after her dog being ran over. But no, she keeps doing it. I love dogs, I have nothing against these dogs, only against her and her disrespect to her employ and the public! The same day, years after working for her, that I went to shop at NAPA, not only did the dogs run after me with my baby in my arms, they then very shortly after attacked a woman walking her dog across the street. I can't imagine why this woman thinks it's okay!! Her dog has been hit, people have been attacked, and she still does it while she flips me off for complaint like I was the best in the wrong for leaving her ship. She is down straight out of her mind money hungry inconsiderate. Not to mention, she's gross. Never disinfects her clippers, and is a wham bam thank you ma'am give me your money and go type of gal.

Rather than provide good customer service or apologize for their mistake, she came over and said, "You know what, I'm not cutting your hair. I'm not going to do it." Their website is advertising services they don't offer and whoever made my appointment mislead me.
