It was conveniently located at ground level, no elevator needed and the large moving truck could pull right up to the facility for unloading. The facility is clean, air conditioned, required a code to get in, lots of security cameras so I felt safe even after hours. They sell locks, packing materials, have quality carts for your use, a clean restroom and water fountains. Plenty of room in the parking lot to navigate your vehicle and load / unload. She accused me of blocking her gate, which I wasn't, as my wife who was following me had no problem driving through. This woman should be fired immediately if you intend to maintain good relations with your customers and ultimate success. As a result of this encounter, I will never use your services again, and will advise my extended family and my 29 employees to do the same. I am nervous for it to go up again before I can get down there and empty it. When I called to ask why it keeps going up she said they have competitive dynamic pricing. So as soon as I can get a flight to FL I will have to get rid of my storage. If it were more economical I would just keep it. Not their fault but when I went to down size both dumpsters were filled to the top with personal information from a guy who had a unit for his accounting business. We had to make many trips to other places to dispose of any garbage. The very nice employee explained what happened but it was definitely frustrating.

Guess what I found a Charity and they came and took everything on 5/19. My billing went from 5/15-6/14, and they charged me my monthly rate of 158.00.(3 days) Over 3 years Big Jims has made a small fortune off of us $5688.00. but still took their 158.00. RecNation bought a storage facility where I was storing a boat trailer. Access became a problem…read morewhen the keypad was broken for weeks. Then they added a proof of insurance requirement that I complied with. Within a couple months they DOUBLED the storage rate and added $15 for insurance even though I had complied. When I moved out they required 59 days notice in order to charge for an additional month. My registered letter of move-out notice came back undeliverable. When I finally reached them via email they required a PHOTO of the empty spot. I had to drive 70 miles round trip to provide the photo I've enclosed.
