He installed an additional drop down bolt for the gate where there wasn't one and welded an extra piece of metal at the deadbolt latch so the catch was deeper. He sealed and painted it to match the gate and did a beautiful job. He was going to install an additional latch but said he thought what i had was sufficient so he took that charge from his original estimate. I thought he was very fair and honest and i appreciated his expertise in letting me know i didnt need the extra latch. I highly recommend him and his work. I am keeping his number for next time something comes up with my gates!

I submitted a cancellation form through their website and 3 days later, they closed down my account with no issues. I didn't have anyone call me to haggle with me or make a big deal about not letting you leave. It was frustration-free. This is incredibly important to me because if they had fought me every step of the way on leaving, I would not feel like a valued customer and definitely would have never came back or referred them to friends. Because they understood where I was coming from and made it quick and easy, I would definitely return to them in the future if I needed their services or refer them to friends and family who needed similar services.
