Training with Adam has been wonderful . I never thought I would have a trainer or could afford one…read more. However ,like a lot of people I knew Adam from SHRED appp that I used and still use. I actually never thought in a million years I would see him in person at my gym, but there he was . He saw me using the app and came over and said hi. He told me he still trained at a gym under Sunset Towers and Sunset and offered a free couple sessions to help keep figure out my workout plan and path. I've been training with him for two years now and it's sometimes the singular thing I really can look forward To in a hard week . His app and his workouts are the best . I'm the leanest and strongest I've ever been and he has crafted me into my personal feminine ideal. I have my booty and my curves BUT not the unneeded body fat lol. Every session is different and we target different muscles and different ways to pinpoint them . He is very specific and detailed in my legs especially and knows every exercise in the world seemingly at this point . We laugh a lot and talk about just about anything - that helps me to be distracted through a lot of the strenuous stuff . It's like I've figured out my life and body at the same time haha Adam as many know requires accountability . On days we don't train I usually have assignments to do on my own . He either checks them on the app or in person by asking me for a text update . He also checks on my diet and nutrition weekly and at the start daily . He pretty much is just a huge needed part of your life

The best part is I worked my ass off to get there BUT I maintained it for the next five years as almost an afterthought. Adam instilled the habits and kept on me to keep pushing through adversity and change in my personal life. He does my nutrition , programming and uses the app to make sure I do basically the same workouts we do, but on my own.      Adam also is known for checking in ..... A LOT!  Almost every day I hear from him . Maybe that's because we are basically family now, but he just cares so much and wants you to be your best you. It's cool, it's cool to have one person champion you so hard . I am so grateful to have found Adam , what seems like a lifetime ago

Ever since Peter became my personal trainer, I noticed a major difference in my fitness progress…read more I've been strength training in the gym for over a couple of years, but I decided to get a personal trainer because I felt like I needed a solid workout plan and accountability in my life. One of the things I love about Peter is his commitment and dedication to his clients. He's really pushed me to grow and has been so helpful in giving me techniques to workout safely. Being able to train online definitely helps with my busy schedule. His program for me is simple but definitely effective. I've seen more results and have established a better relationship in the gym than when I was on my own. If you're looking for a personal trainer, Peter is your guy!

Okay where do I even begin…read more A little bit of context about me, I'm a guy in his late 20s that has done light exercising and lifting sporadically throughout my adult life so far. I've never been able to really reach my fitness goals on my own even after countless hours of research of so many different workout regiments to gain mass. I decided this year that I was no longer going to create excuses and wanted to go all in with a trainer that I could trust to have my best interest in mind while still being able to push me past my limits. When I started looking around I went to a few different trainers but ultimately chose to work with Peter after a consultation, his friendly demeanor and seemingly endless knowledge that he's always eager to share gave me the confidence that I was choosing the right trainer. Over the past 3 months or so I've been working with Peter and the results have been substantial. He's given me a solid foundation on powerlifting and in the short time I've worked with him I've almost nearly doubled the weight I can push for each of the big 3 lifts. Beginner gains are definitely real and he has helped me squeeze every little ounce of muscle I could get out of it. I'm now exiting my beginner gains and entering a more weakness targeted regiment to continue pushing further. Anyway this review is getting pretty long. If you're looking for someone with the track record to prove he's the best option out there for your fitness goals, he's literally right here. Seriously thanks Peter, you've provided a "leave your ego at the door" space that has helped me reframe my mindset on lifting in general. I'll be training with him for a long time. For reference, the photos below are about 2 months of progress or so.
