Had a bad experience trying to refinance my home loan. It seemed like everything was good to go, I submitted every document they asked for but then there was no communication. I contacted them and they asked me to give them a few more days after not hearing back I contacted them again and they told me they could not find a bank to do the refinance. I have never, ever, ever worked with such an incompetent company. I started a refinance in March 2020. I've submitted everything that was required. Each month since they've requested more information. If they had been actually looking at the paperwork, they could have answered their own questions.
