When I complained about a leaking roof, Kiran gaslighted me saying that I was making a "bigger deal than it really is." After 4 months of following up on a leaking roof, the agency finally coordinated with HOA to repair.

The agent I spoke with (he's one of the principles and his name rhymes with Dizzy) refused to show my husband this home, once he discovered that we already had our own agent (who wasn't able to show us the property himself that particular day.) Last I checked, both agents get paid when a home sells. Apparently this man thinks that he's above actually working for his clients, and he deserves tens of thousands of dollars per transaction purely because his name is on the sign out front. I'll admit that as I'm writing this review I'm very angry. But honestly, he did his own client a disservice by refusing to let a potential buyer see a property that has a very tricky contingency attached to it. I feel badly for the seller. This agent is not looking out for ANYONE'S best interest. Poor form indeed. Every other agent we called had no problem whatsoever showing my husband the property they were representing. And consequently we bought a property that day. With cash. His (and his client's) loss. Do yourself a favor and find someone who actually cares about providing courteous and professional service. This man does neither.

I was referred by a friend of my daughter, and Anna very quickly provided guidance and a sales plan that made sense. The written marketing plan included support for the selling price, which was very helpful as the market was so volatile in 2022! Anna did an amazing job! She coordinated with the property manager to help ease the tenants out of the home, including making several site visits. During that time, she arranged repairs, repainting and staging. Once the house was prepared, it looked beautiful! Her recommended trades people did good work at a fair price, with Anna doing all the groundwork to make the maintenance happen. Anna sold the home very quickly with multiple offers significantly over the listing price. Escrow closed easily, with Anna arranging all the paperwork long distance, handling a slightly complex trust situation with her recommend escrow agent during the process to everyone's satisfaction. I was able to sign and close without a single visit to Ventura! I cannot recommend Anna more highly. It was an emotional time, as the home was purchased in 1967, and it was where I grew up.
