I met Terri Davis in August 2022. Even though our paths had many crossings previously, we had never met formally. And I am so grateful my son in law suggested I work with her. From the very first phone meeting (I was living out of the area), I knew she was the one I wanted, no... NEEDED!, to work with. She spent 90 minutes listening to my story of why I was relocating to Ventura, offering a sympathetic and kind ear, and learning what I was looking for. She really cared! This was no act to get a client. And then she hit the floor running. The inventory was very limited as my want list was "picky". But she came through with several good candidates. And when I wanted to expand the search area it was no problem. Terri adapted in a blink of an eye like the pro she is. When I needed an interim apartment in Ventura while house-hunting, Terri even found the perfectly located, short-term rental, only 5 blocks from my daughter and her family. Finally, after seven months, "my" house finally came on the market. Terri and Meggie made the process easy, efficient and quick as possible. I felt comfortable asking those "dumb" questions and receiving patient and informative answers. Even when I asked the same question again later on. The team recommended fabulous helpers like a handyman, painter, and floor-refinisher. They are very well connected to referrals for odd jobs and major projects. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do at least I know the hardest part is already determined... I have my team to guide me and take care of EVERYTHING.

Meggie was amazing throughout it all. She was always available, kept our budget in mind, and made sure we never felt pressured into anything we weren't comfortable with. She supported us every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I would absolutely recommend her to friends, family, and coworkers because she is trustworthy, responsive, and truly cares about her clients. What I love most about being a homeowner in Ventura County is that I grew up here, so it means a lot to be able to raise my family in the same community--and being close to the beach is a huge plus.

Ali Evans is the absolute BEST! We would not have found our beautiful house in Goleta without her…read more We were conducting our house search from Los Angeles, and we relied on Ali to provide information about neighborhoods and street noise for different houses on the market. Ali previewed properties for us, either using Facetime from the property or taking a series of narrated videos for us. With every house she saw or we drove up to see, Ali would ask for our feedback - what we liked, what we didn't like - so she could learn about our specific needs and wants in a new house. And then, 8 months into the process, when we happened to be up in the area for a little getaway, Ali discovered a house about to go on the market in one of our target neighborhoods in Goleta. She was able to get us in to see it the same day, advised us through the offer process, and helped us buy our new home. Ali was so responsive during the whole process, always responding quickly to texts, calls, and emails. When things got overwhelming as we were in escrow in Goleta and putting our house on the market in LA, Ali jumped in and took things off our plate - making phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking pictures and videos for insurance, etc. She has tons of resources in the local area (inspectors, insurance agents, contractors), and she has stayed in touch with us even after closing escrow. We highly recommend Ali as a realtor! She really wanted us to find the right house, not just a house, and we never felt any pressure to put an offer in on something that wasn't right. We are so happy in our new home!

While selling a house is a stressful process, selling it from another town is even more stressful, but Ali and Lauren made the process smooth and easy. She took the lead in a way that was incredibly supportive for an out of town seller, gave guidance and supporting data on how to price the home, and was integral in getting the house to present in the best light. She and her team are great communicators, always answered all questions quickly and were really kind and professional throughout the entire process. I was referred by a friend of my daughter, and Anna very quickly provided guidance and a sales plan that made sense. She coordinated with the property manager to help ease the tenants out of the home, including making several site visits. During that time, she arranged repairs, repainting and staging. Once the house was prepared, it looked beautiful! Her recommended trades people did good work at a fair price, with Anna doing all the groundwork to make the maintenance happen.
