Chris was our eyes and ears in Ventura, frequently driving to check-out houses we couldn't see for ourselves. When we ultimately found the house we wanted, he advocated and worked on our behalf, and now it's ours! Three weeks after closing we continue to communicate with Chris daily, as he helps us with little odds & ends. We can't thank him enough. We would certainly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking for a house in the area.

He knows the area well, is knowledgeable and honest about homes that he saw issues with. His team showed our home 7 weekends in a row which led to it selling. He provided us with a free staging consultation for selling our home and lots of referrals to local tradesmen. He's responsive at all hours! We were anxious and he has a way of listening and responding that is really calming. Part of the process of finding a new place was to look at a lot of homes on our own or with another agent when Sean's schedule didn't allow. Once we sold our home though, Sean helped us close a very tough escrow. The sellers of our new home were extremely difficult and the home is older. We trusted Sean because he earned our trust. He did a great job organizing all the inspections we asked for and he reassured us by giving us options and made us feel empowered. We recommend him highly!

The seller left the house an absolute mess. Junk was left and a window was broken by the fumigation company. All this was discovered 3-4 days before closing. The listing agent, Mr Vicente Arzate finally appeared at the property on the day of closing to try to fix things. The junk was hauled away and the window he said he would have replaced, but that I would need to do the work to install it myself, as hiring someone to install it would be too expensive. I agreed, and here I am a month later and the window has still not been fixed. It seems after he left the property he changed his tune a bit. Twice since then he has sent a repairman out to fix just the glass panel, while the entire window frame is cracked through and the latch is broken! He saw the damage himself a month ago and said that it was too much for just a glass replacement, and that the entire window needed to be replaced. Now myself, my agent, and his office have been emailing up a storm over the past few weeks. All for a window that is absolutely the seller and listing agents responsibility. Sleazy and cheap. All that talk he gave me about wanting to make my experience buying my first home and wanting it to to be just right was absolute BS. He just wanted me to be happy until he left and could slip away without fixing the biggest problem there! Despicable. Shame on you Mr Arzate.

I was referred by a friend of my daughter, and Anna very quickly provided guidance and a sales plan that made sense. The written marketing plan included support for the selling price, which was very helpful as the market was so volatile in 2022! Anna did an amazing job! She coordinated with the property manager to help ease the tenants out of the home, including making several site visits. During that time, she arranged repairs, repainting and staging. Once the house was prepared, it looked beautiful! Her recommended trades people did good work at a fair price, with Anna doing all the groundwork to make the maintenance happen. Anna sold the home very quickly with multiple offers significantly over the listing price.
