We listed the house mid December and had two full offers and one accepted before the end of month. She is not only super informative and patient with all our questions but goes above and beyond with everything beyond the house sale. She hired a great photographer, came early to make sure the house is nicely staged, when she was showing the house and we were away she made sure it was nice and neat and she even got a smoke detector for us before the inspector came to not make it an issue or delay the process. She is super knowledgable about everything around real estate escrow and beyond - she called her tax advisor for advice for us, recommended cleaning and gardening personnel and always provided her input as to what is normal and reasonable and what is uncommon or unreasonable. She always calls emails and texts to keep us abreast of latest developments and was very thorough and clear on the things we needed to take care of and by when. Thank you Briana for all your help it could not have gone smoother!

I got a recommendation from a coworker to give Mike a call. I immediately could tell he was thoughtful and detail oriented. He explained his process and his thoughts on best times to sell, how to get view on the house, etc. He wasn't pushy and wanted the selling experience to work with my timeframe and my needs. Fast forward a few weeks and we sold the house quickly and seamlessly. He made the overwhelming process of selling a home easier than I could have imagined. He checked in regularly, answered texts and emails promptly (even on vacation!), and consistently showed that he cared about us and not just the commission. Julia also knows all of Ventura County backwards and forwards, so we were able to rely on her to help us narrow down where we wanted to live. I met Terri Davis in August 2022. Even though our paths had many crossings previously, we had never met formally. And I am so grateful my son in law suggested I work with her. From the very first phone meeting (I was living out of the area), I knew she was the one I wanted, no... NEEDED!, to work with. She spent 90 minutes listening to my story of why I was relocating to Ventura, offering a sympathetic and kind ear, and learning what I was looking for. She really cared! This was no act to get a client. And then she hit the floor running. The inventory was very limited as my want list was "picky". But she came through with several good candidates. And when I wanted to expand the search area it was no problem. Terri adapted in a blink of an eye like the pro she is. When I needed an interim apartment in Ventura while house-hunting, Terri even found the perfectly located, short-term rental, only 5 blocks from my daughter and her family. Finally, after seven months, "my" house finally came on the market. Terri and Meggie made the process easy, efficient and quick as possible. I felt comfortable asking those "dumb" questions and receiving patient and informative answers. Even when I asked the same question again later on. The team recommended fabulous helpers like a handyman, painter, and floor-refinisher. They are very well connected to referrals for odd jobs and major projects. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do at least I know the hardest part is already determined... I have my team to guide me and take care of EVERYTHING.

She has been nothing short of incredible throughout our journey, helping us sell two homes and also purchase two new homes for our family, all within 5 years. From the very first meeting, we could tell she was genuinely dedicated to our needs and goals. With our first home, we had begun with a different realtor, and our home sat on the market for months. We took our home off the market and met with Domonique. After meeting with her, and hearing her suggestions and plan for success, we implemented her strategies and had two full price offers within 48 hours of re-entering the market. What truly sets Domonique apart is her unwavering commitment to protecting us at every step of the process. She was firm but fair in negotiations, ensuring that we were never taken advantage of by other parties, while maintaining a level of professionalism that earned the respect of everyone involved. Our loan officer during the new home purchasing process, even told us how impressed he was with her, and asked if he could use her expertise to help him with other transactions in the future. Her guidance was invaluable, and she always had our best interests at heart. Another highlight was the stunning staging she provided for both the homes we sold. She transformed them into beautifully designed spaces, showcasing the true potential and making them look like they belonged in a design magazine. Thanks to her impeccable eye for detail, we were able to sell our most recent home at absolutely top dollar--something we never could have achieved without her expertise. The sale of that home set a new price point for the market in that area. In every sense, Domonique Rodriguez went above and beyond, and we are beyond grateful for her support. If you're looking for a realtor who will work tirelessly for you with honesty, integrity, and a true passion for the business, she is the one you want on your team.
