I was trying to request a tour to view a property from the very hour a rental was listed on zillow. I requested multiple times to schedule a tour with absolutely no response. After many calls and a week later, someone finally texted me only to let me know the property was rented. I asked why I was never contacted as I had continuously sent requests from the first day listed only to be told I had to apply to even be able to see the rental. Well a simple response to any of my multiple messages would have sufficed so I could have the chance to rent the property. It makes absolutely no sense. This really shows bad communication skills from a realtor. As someone in the industry it is not hard to communicate with potential clients. I was very excited to find this opportunity in the area I had been searching in for quite sometime and seemed like a perfect fit for me. Seeing the terrible reviews here really paints a picture. Guess its a blessing they didnt have the decency to contact me back. read more

Dustin is extremely dishonest and lacks integrity. He hired our firm to move universal and hazardous waste off of one of his properties ( a full semi truck load), agreed to the amount, and never paid or responded once the bill came. Avoid utilizing Dustin, and his firm, for any services as you cannot trust they act in your best interest. I was just randomly texted by a "Realtor" named "Oscar" from this Real Estate office, asking me if I wanted to sell 17042 Devonshire #216.....and he thought it was a residence. That is an old BUSINESS OFFICE address of mine. A simple search on DataTree would have shown that I do not own that office suite nor the building nor the parcel in which it is located. Not a good sign if a Realtor who has access to property ownership records can't even verify a simple ownership situation before cold-texting to my personal cell phone. Based on this one interaction alone I would NEVER recommend this office nor do any business with them. read more

Watch out, Dustin Dammeyer is an embarrassment to the industry and will scam you as a seller. Nepotism at its finest. This unethical real estate broker has one thing on his mind, getting you to sign a contract. He will even threaten you with lawsuits if you choose to not sell once you have signed a contract with their team. I was pressured into listing my home for 30 days to see what the outcome would be. After we received no bites, I decided not to sell. Dustin told me I had a contract with him and if I didn't sell I still owed him commission! Yes you heard me correct. Dustin wanted his commission even though we didn't sell my home. I lost thousands of dollars because he charged me for photography and marketing, assuring me he would compensate me in return once the home sold. Because I decided to take my home off the market, months later I am still being harassed by this firm.
