As first time home buyers, we were very overwhelmed by the process and working with the Quinn team made everything feel like a breeze. From the initial consultation call to closing escrow, we felt so supported and were treated like family throughout the whole process. We even had a card from Mike waiting for us in the mail at our new home after we closed. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with in buying our first home. Even better, we got the new loan at a terrific rate! Since my wife & I are both self employed, we just assumed we wouldn't qualify for a new loan but thankfully, we were wrong. We could have done this much sooner had we consulted with Keith instead of thinking I knew best. I can absolutely recommend Keith and his team to anyone considering a home mortgage loan or refinancing an existing loan. Keith will tell you up front if it will be possible and once you get started, you'll receive clear direction and guidance from start to finish. Also, even if you can't qualify for a home loan now, Keith will let you know what you need to do to make it happen. This way you can at least set some viable goals for the future. Thanks again!

This time he helped our son buy his first house, and we cosigned. Our son shopped around, and, although Keith did not have the lowest interest rate, his superb service won our son over. The communication from Keith and Laurie is top notch, and they are transparent and upfront about everything. At no point were we pressured, nor did we ever feel like we were jumping through hoops. If something was needed by underwriting, Laurie explained exactly why it was needed. From start to finish the level of service never diminished. It was truly a pleasure working with Keith and Laurie again! We have 3 other children, and will not hesitate to reach out to them when the time comes.

My husband and I were so impressed by how responsive she was at all hours of the day whenever we texted her with even our most random questions. Yanelly always took the time to break everything down for us in detail so we could fully understand each step of the process. She made complex information feel simple and manageable, which meant so much to us as first-time homebuyers. She was also incredibly willing to go above and beyond to help with paperwork--even when it wasn't directly part of her side of the home buying process. She even met with us in person at a coffee shop to help us fill out forms properly. That kind of dedication and personal care is rare these days, and we truly appreciated it. As visual learners, my husband and I especially valued how clearly she explained things both in person and through her detailed, easy-to-understand emails. She was patient, supportive, and genuinely committed to making sure we understood everything. Since this was our first home buying experience, having Yanelly guide us through every issue that came up made all the difference. Another lender we spoke with didn't even attempt to provide that level of support. We will absolutely be recommending Yanelly to anyone in need of a lender. She is professional, knowledgeable, and one of the kindest people we've had the pleasure of working with and now I can say we became friends! She is definitely invited to the carne asadas for life!
