These guys are alright, and unlike buying used items online you get a 12 month warranty, but with…read moremany items (especially mobile phones and computers) you will pay a lot more than you would if you just used eBay. Likewise if you sell anything to these people they will buy it way below market value, you are way better off using eBay. This is how they actually make a profit of course but I'll say it again - you as a customer are way way better off using eBay. Staff are generally friendly and all that, but the value isn't exactly great.

The sales assistant was so helpful - even to the point that he steered me away from a couple of phones that I had my eye on because he didn't think that the features would be suitable for Dad. The shop is clean and well set out - with handsets in different sections. The pricing policies were clear and easy to understand. When I told the assistant that I would go away and compare with other shops, he didn't try and give me the hard sell - it was a refreshing change.! I'm only marking the shop 3/5 as I think that this visit was an exception, rather than the rule, and may have had something to do with the fact that I was wearing my work fleece!

If you want a mobile phone, but are not sure what you want I would say…read moreavoid this place as they will try and push a mobile any mobile ( usually the most expensive ) on you. Try and research online what you want 1st and go in forearmed with what you want as that makes it a lot easier to escape. Shop is clean; Staff are on you as soon as you walk in the shop. Try and go midweek as weekends are usually a utter nightmare and it takes ages to get through all the setting up bit.
