The most awful experience in customer service I ever had. I…read morehad to pick a start, which is still not reliable as a rate. If nil was an option, I would have dfinitely picked that one. I had a Groupon Voucher to use with this company with some discount. On top of the voucher I 'only' had to pay for delivery, which was around 8 pounds anyway. The company webiste states to allow 14 days for delivery. I did not receive any print or updates in the two weeks, so after that I emailed the company. Nobody answered my email. When I called and ask to speak to someone about it, I was passed to the manager, who told me they would have sent the canvas the following day and whilst I was explaining about my issue, told me to 'shut up'. Then, he hung the phone. I don't really think this is the way to speak to a customer, even less when their reasons are right. I will never ever deal with this company again and I will spread the word about the nice way the deal with customers.
