please read the reviews: lets start here 1) if any car is as easy to get as theirs best believe they do everything in their will for them to deem the car back 2) the vehicle broke down on me prior to week 2 of possessing it 3) within the first month all 4 tires had to be placed due to 2 blowouts and 2 flats (sold me the car with bald tires/ literally bald as bald can get) 4) started off paying one amount then amount randomly increases month 2 (not stated anywhere in the contract) 5) if you ever dealt with honest people they are not the company to go with no matter how bad you need a vehicle! please take precautions. 6) this was the final straw for me- so they tell me come up there to retrieve my registration sticker, i go im the office, the lady that sits at the desk in the finance department in the back the first desk to the right entering the office lies and says she needs to check the mileage for the registration sticker( whatever bs makes no sense but i didn't realize till after) she takes my keys and says i need to come into the office to discuss a submitted payment and didnt give them back 7)the car is practically brand new and has a major oil leak! ($300 every two weeks for a lemon) ($600 monthly) beware of this company! they are not honest people and the way i see it theyre into some type of money laundering or scammers take your hard earned money elsewhere cause you will regret trying to take the easy way out read more

This company is the worse I purchase a car from Ashley she told me 2500.00 after on the phone told me 2000.00 but whatever I test drive the car I tell her brakes is no good and sunroof also needs oil change and radio not working. She tells me no worry they will fix it. eventually after being the car back 5 times the car roof they fix and never put back gets damaged. car floods they tell me no loaner finally I threaten to take to court they give me a loaner. 3 loaner breaks down theybl give me back my car stating tail put 1100. Pp to fix it nothing was fix roof still leaks and brakes are worse than before radio keeps shutting downgood thing i tedorded every convo and test message I screenshot. BELIEVE the bad reviews. They make accounts to give themselves good reviews AND / OR they have us customers leave a 5 star review before we even make the deal. They're VERY persistent on us leaving them a 5 star review to the point where I had to pretend that my phone died just so I couldn't avoid the awkward conversation. After my car was wrongfully repo'd they said that the tow truck company was a 3rd party & I couldn't get refunded even though they admitted that they wrongfully towed my vehicle. IF YOU LOOK AT ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS, MOST PROFILES HAVE ONLY 1 REVIEW POSTED.. I found this place on Marketplace and against my better judgement, decided to do business with them. I read all reviews of any place I do business with but (Please see the bad reviews-they are ACCURATE, will save you money, time and stress, check with BBB, there are 1000s of complaints against them) these people encourage you to do a review before you have a chance to analyze if you've received great service or not. First, make sure ANYTHING that needs to be worked on the vehicle is done BEFORE you purchase because the Service Department has poor customer service, it will take months to get an appointment & your car still might not get fixed. Check engine light came on soon as I drove off the lot. Secondly, these people practice deceptive and fraudulent methods to secretly get the vehicle back from you. (Don't get me started on the ladies in the offices, they're rude and very unprofessional). I had to hire a lawyer and am pursuing charges against them for stealing my vehicle in the same month that the payment was due. They kept the original car key and key lock (said the car didn't come with them). The deal was just all wrong and please do not trust these people, they're scammers. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE!!! their cars don't work they are all junk. my mom bought a car from here a 2013 infiniti with 100k miles and she had to buy new tires within a month. Then there was a leakage in the truck, like the water was coming in the car every time it rained. We took to their mechanics to get it checked they said it was nothing. A year later the car started to smell bad and when we took it to a different mechanic he took off the carpet and it was wet where all the water would get in from. We also brought the truck again once because the engine light was on, they gave it back to us and they said they fixed it but they just turned the light off because within two weeks the light was on once again. They lie to you just do they can get rid of their junk cars. We brought the infiniti back like three times all within one month of buying it because something would always come up but never once did they truly fix it.
