Upon my arrival a very nice young lady assisted me and said she was waiting on George to come back. When he got back baby he was rude to me and very dismissive. They basically kicked us out the dealership and wasn't trying to sell us a vehicle. We went right next door and bought a car. I often look at reviews and don't do business with companies that have bad ratings. However I attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This dealer is probably the worst in south Houston or Pasadena Texas. I don't recommend anyone who's spending hard earned money to come here. The out the door cost was over $12,000. They agreed to remove the 2500 for extended warranty, but not the $1200+ for "environmental fees " (he said it covered 3 month bumper to bumper and a protective coating.) Things used car dealers are notorious for adding that is simply to pad the cost and add no value.I understand taxes and licensing fees , and I had calculated that into my budget, but I refuse to pay above the reasonable amount that is necessary. If the owner reads this , please be up from in your pricing. Simply add the cost you need to the sticker price. Doing this after only makes your company look dishonest. I would have paid more for that car , unfortunately the method applied made me disappointed, integrity is important to me and vital to where I spend my money. Good luck and no Bad will towards you.
