On vehicle pickup I asked the mechanic present what brand of plugs and coolant they used. He would not or could not tell me. He responded that they used whatever is OEM from their parts supplier. There can be lots of variability in parts that can be used, and claiming OEM. Simple question but vague, dismissive answer after paying over $1000 for the work. After getting my keys, I opened the hood to check the engine area (something I always do after having engine work done). Found a pair of pliers left in the engine compartment. Same mechanic came out seeing me with the hood open and asked if there was a problem, to which I said yes and handed him the pliers noting where I found them. Price as high as the dealer. I will likely pick dealer service in the future, all things considered.

What he discovered was that 2 of the tire sensors needed replacing. He couldn't find any place where the tire was damaged in any way. Having been a service manager myself for 2 independent shops and a dealer, I understand what might be justifications to decline a service. None of my visits were out of the ordinary. I understand time is money, but turning away customers is just not right. The most recent visit, was to have a TPMS sensor swapped from one wheel to another (brand new wheel and sensor). I had visited the ship the previous day, and was told it could be done. I even made the effort to take the wheels off the car, so not to take up a lift. Not to mention I scheduled time out of my day , only to be T old work won't be done bc rubber seals on the stem can get damaged. I did inform that the sensor is new, but no luck. TPMS sensors can be removed and reinstalled with no problem, especially when new. I'm just guessing the job wasn't worth their time. But wasting my time was apparently ok. AutoStream website shows a plethora of services thats provided which just doesn't seem to be the case.

I came to purchase a car for my wife, because hers went down. She found a car and we purchased it cash. But if I rewind, the whole entire time that I was there, this guy spoke so highly of not selling junk and not selling bad cars. My wife test drove it on the highway and back up the street for about 10 minutes. My wife like the car. She drove the car for a couple of days and then began mentioning a rattle and shake on the front end of the car.(Now, remember, some women will just drive a car until the wheels come off, and never really noticed sounds, but this was different and alarming to her) I got in. I heard the noise while she was driving, I decided to drive I heard the noise shaking loose sound, not only was there a shaking, loose sound whenever you press the gas pedal during the gear changes the steering wheel which snatch to the right right in between the gear changes. That's when I was sort of confused because I did not think that there was anything with the motor that could be related to the steering at all, even more odd. I return to the dealership. Now this is when the funny business starts the young lady there immediately starts getting crazy defensive about my complaint and the quality of vehicle never saying to me bring the car back so we can see what's wrong. However, she was sure to make sure that she stated that you know this is a used vehicle, and I should know better, this is an as is dealership, (Like get outta here clown you know you can't complain at a used car dealership sorry you have to be quicker than that, sir. Was her attitude) she began making excuses for her manager or the owner I returned again the same thing he's not here he's not here. Here's the crazy thing the whole entire bottom of the vehicle never had screws installed on the control arms of the truck except for one bolt that was hanging out had we not gone to a mechanic who did a full inspection and me videos and showed us that we could have been killed in this car no call steel Tuesday from direct auto. These vehicles are unsafe and whoever the person is home inspected, these vehicles should be fired and this place should be close. I have video footage and I have the entire inspection report. I am considering posting it on here also so that you can see how horrible this business is don't go horrible this business is don't go there. I implore you don't do it.
