He genuinely looks forward to every class, and seeing his excitement and joy walking in says more than words ever could. The impact on his development has been incredible. We've seen growth not only in his sensory regulation and skills, but also in his confidence, engagement, and overall happiness. Every session is thoughtfully guided with patience, care, and a true understanding of who he is as an individual. We appreciate her more than we can fully express. Anyone who brings this much happiness, comfort, and progress into our child's life will always have a place in our hearts. We feel incredibly lucky to have found someone who cares so deeply and makes such a meaningful difference in our child's journey.

What really sets Gina apart is her patient-led approach. She meets my son where he is and adjusts each session based on his needs in the moment. Gina is incredibly compassionate, sweet, and attentive to cues. When my son becomes overwhelmed and needs space--sometimes even needing to step into a quiet corner--Gina recognizes this right away and adapts without pressure. That flexibility and understanding helped her build real trust with him. Because Gina listens, observes, and adjusts so thoughtfully, our son feels safe and respected during sessions, and that has made a huge difference in his progress. She is a fantastic representative of Radiant Kids Therapy, and I highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring, patient, and child-centered speech therapist.

The knee contracture was so bad that at one point the doctor told us he might need complicated surgery. Jordan was very intuitive and knew just what was wrong with our son's knee and how to treat it. Our son went from completely avoiding the knee and hardly being able to move it, to being able to almost fully straighten it, bearing weight on it consistently and making unbelievable progress, with no more talk of surgery at all. Jordan is very patient, understanding and kind and our son enjoys working with him, which I think makes a huge difference, especially compared to the PT we got when we went to Rady's, and the added benefit of being in our home environment is priceless. Our son has hit all of his milestones in line with his birthday even though he was 6.5 weeks early, I think in large part due to his physical therapy through Sunny Days. Thanks Jordan and the Sunny Days team!

I am so grateful to have come in contact with Miss Alyssa. My son has made extensive progress with his speech and Miss Alyssa has such a great connection with children to keep them engaged, focused and excited about the lesson. She constantly brings new ideas, new games, etc so my son is never bored and the focus of speech is always the center of the activities. His Pediatrician has noticed the improvement in his speech as well. I highly recommend Leap Speech & Language Therapy. Our entire family couldn't be happier with her services.

She brought a bag of books and toys which she would switch out to keep our daughter interested. Even when my toddler was being difficult, she did her best to find an activity that she enjoyed while working on her speech. She openly addressed my concerns and gave me tools to help my daughter work on her speech outside of therapy. Our daughter went from sounding out one syllable words to speaking full sentences. At the end of our sessions, she was evaluated by the SLP for her school district and they determined she was meeting the age appropriate milestones and did not need further speech therapy. I highly recommend Alyssa if you are looking for an SLP!

Despite the important work being done in the ABA field, the company consistently fails to support…read moreits employees in meaningful or sustainable ways. One of the most concerning issues is the lack of communication and transparency. Employees often receive no notice when clients cancel sessions, resulting in wasted trips and unpaid time. In such cases, you're either told to clean the facility (an unreasonable expectation outside the role of a Behavior Technician) or you're abruptly reassigned to cover another BT's session without context or consent. The pay is among the lowest in the ABA field, especially when weighed against the emotional and physical demands of the job. The work environment is poorly maintained, with cleanliness being a recurring problem. The facility does NOT look like those posted online. The children's bathrooms and common areas are often unsanitary, raising valid concerns about hygiene, safety, and the general quality of care. A particularly troubling practice is the use of personal items like wipes brought in for one child that get used on other children, without the caregiver's knowledge. Additionally, BTs are often left in the dark about health-related issues like lice until after the situation is already "handled," which puts both staff and other clients at risk. Unsurprisingly, the company suffers from a very high turnover rate, which reflects the broader issues within the organization and further destabilizes the workplace. Overall, they show little regard for employee well-being, professional development, or proper client care. Even by looking at the reviews the only 5 star reviews are for speech therapists, not from the work being done!

We haven't gone to an IEP meeting yet so I will update once we do, but I do feel that he is an assesor with integrity which is important. Mr. Wilson's facility is very comprehensive, clean and orderly...he has a big train set in the entrance which instantly calmed my child who loves trains. His front desk staff is kind, respectful and attentive. So far I have a high opinion of this center and this assesor and will bring my other children who need OT services here. I should also add that I've been to many OT centers and some are run in a very "mill"/"factory" way where the kids are pushed through. I did not get that feel here.
