LUCKILY, the line moves really fast. if you see a long line when you walk in, just stay! you'll get to order in like 10 minutes and it'll be one of the best meals of your life. it's easy to accidentally make a gross bowl so don't go crazy adding random stuff!! ask people in line what they get

Price was fair and looked really good but by the time you had the po-boy dressed and had a drink it was almost as expensive as anywhere else. It's a little different and that's the appeal. Service was good but not great. When you have a customer in front of you about to pay you don't let another employee interrupt you and distract you. Food came out fast and the young man who brought it was courteous and kind, though a little scary and intimidating. I could hear some cussing. Ambiance was perfect for what it was. If you're in Harahan and want a fairly priced poboy you need to stop in. All in all it was enjoyable and becoming more and more a landmark. They just take cash which is a little wild.

The line wasn't that bad and we ordered pretty quickly. The wait for the food took longer. We confirmed our food when we paid for it and it was right on the receipt. When we got to the food window, they gave us half the food and one drink (we ordered 4 meals). When we told them what we were missing, they got us the 3 other drinks, one was an iced vanilla coffee. I don't think she knew how to make it because it was not right. It was just straight coffee and vanilla but no milk. When we tried to tell her she was confused so we let it go. Then after 5 more min of waiting for the rest of the food she asked us to move to slot 1 where we waited 20 more minutes and no one came out with the food. Shitty service and communication. I won't be back. Too many other places around that area to deal with the terrible service.
