It was their last batch of Big Winston Chocolate Stout aged for six months in freshly dumped bourbon barrels from their next-door neighbors at Broad Branch Distillery. I'm not usually a beer drinker but this stout was quite nice. They also added cocoa nibs and I could definitely taste the chocolate. It's always fun to visit breweries because they're constantly offering something new.

Each beer or cider runs about $7, but the space itself is impressive: a large indoor area with plenty of picnic tables, additional seating outside, a dart wall, cornhole, and another beanbag toss game. We visited this weekend specifically to see a local band, City Lights, who were playing from 5-8pm on a Saturday afternoon in late March. One of the band members is a coworker of mine and we enjoy listening to this talented group of people. We arrived about 4:45pm and were happy to see the amount of people, this was the first time we have visited where the overflow parking was needed.
