They do charge a standard $70 diagnostic fee, which felt fair. Brad gave me a heads-up call before arriving and showed up right on time. Even better, he came fully prepared with the tools and the replacement part needed, so he was able to fix the dryer on the spot. You can really tell he takes pride in his work with great attention to detail, and he even shared some helpful maintenance tips for the future. Best of all, the dryer was fixed the same day, and reassembled properly this time, with no "extra" screws left behind. Fair pricing, friendly service, and high-quality work. They do accept credit cards, but recommend cash or check to avoid a 3% fee (which gave me a reason to dust off my checkbook). Highly recommend, and we'll definitely use them again--hopefully not anytime soon!

All together my total was $570 which included taxes and delivery. The delivery man was about an hour late to delivery. I had to call the store owner only for him to tell me the delivery man was lost and he gave him my number, I asked for the delivery man's number. After speaking with him he arrived within a couple of minutes. I wasn't sure why he didn't just call as soon as he was lost because he had my number from the order form. He also showed up alone with no moving help, so my stepdad had to help move. If he hadn't have been there, there's no way the delivery man would have made it in successfully. He hooked up the hoses but didn't stay to allow us to make sure everything worked okay. Thankfully it did so there were no issues with that.

I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on. We requested the first available appointment, yet they couldn't even commit to or communicate a time slot. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, this company was assigned through our stove manufacturer, and the appliance is still under warranty. This reflects poorly on both the service provider and the manufacturer.
