My husband had already done some decent research on brands and styles he was interested in but did want to see, touch, try out before purchasing. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Kayla and welcomed in. We asked about the Miele brand and models. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and had excellent suggestions/tips to share. We found the ones to try, and picked the one the wanted. Kayla put it together for us and even carried it to our car! Talk about amazing service! Important note: They absolutely sell more than vacuums here. And I think we will be back once we are ready to upgrade our dishwasher, stove, and maybe the refrigerator too. Incredible team, thanks for the help!

Talked my husband into it, we bought it, 2 weeks later I wanted to take it back because it is a bear to push and pull on padded carpeting. We were 1 week past return time. Even though my back suffers greatly after using we are stuck with this, for us, a useless vacuum. Maybe this is why they last so long. For me the vacuum is unusable so I would give it a one star. The business was very good at what they do - 4 stars. That rating is because we made it very clear that I did not want a heavy vacuum. We tried it out on their thin carpet..nothing like what we have at home. Disappointed was looking forward to a new machine that would work for us.
