I was greeted by a friendly clerk who showed me where to find the presses. The store is decorated for fall and Halloween. They have a lot of inspiration. I saw some gadgets that I needed. I was flabbergasted by all the fancy coffee makers. I can't imagine spending $5k on a coffee machine. I attended one of their cooking classes - Kung Pao Pork", today. Chef Barb was down-to-earth, informative and engaging. She taught us a new way to prepare rice. We watched her prepare the chicken and veggies and learned about a blended olive oil that they sell in the store. And the best part was we tasted the final product. The staff is friendly and helpful. During my visit, they were hosting a "bake sale" to raise money to fight hunger in children. I picked up a coffee cake to support the cause. I'll be a regular at the store. I love the high quality kitchen ware and the friendly staff.

Past times at the mall we were always acknowledged. Definitely disappointing but now I know we will spend our money elsewhere. We were planning on purchasing a knife set and a new pot but it definitely didn't feel good being in there after that. The Kohler hardware was purchased from Donnie Briggs at Kohler, and the tilework and installation was done by Mark Groce. Mark has strong attention to detail from getting the grout mix and color to carefully placing each tile. The process could take a while since some of the items needed may need to be custom cut. We're incredibly happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished shower. I highly recommend both Donnie Briggs for hardware and Mark Groce for his construction/installation work and both of them are great with design and attention to detail. I recommend future clients to be involved in the construction process, as it helps with communication and decisions. I would gladly work with both Donnie and Mark again for any future projects.

Had horrible experience with sales associate, Beth, and my bathroom remodel. she allegedly spoke…read morewith my contractor that was also recommended by Kohler and told me that a 36 inch vanity would fit only later to find out that it didn't and it was not returnable. She knew it wasn't returnable and didn't give me the heads up that I shouldn't take a chance that it wouldn't fit and I would be stuck with it. On top of that, she told the contractor that I wanted the brick tile stacked in my shower when I explicitly told her that I wanted it horizontal brick pattern. So I'm stuck with that too. Even after I spent all that money at the Kohler store the manager and the owner, Joe Rotskoff, were such jerks and acknowledge how I was misled and ripped off. I would not recommend anybody to deal with the Kohler store in Indianapolis.

When Zach got to our home he told us they only do the wet part nothing else. So we did the shower and I signed everything. We were told 4-6 weeks for install. I realize it is an estimate and all of that. Zach called me afterwards and wanted to add the floors because the tub was leaking. I was great with adding the floors because I wanted the entire bathroom. Even at the ridiculous amount of $3k for flooring in a bathroom. My ultimate goal was to do nothing except pick things out and it all be done in two days once started. Once four weeks passed I called the office and left a message with the answering services and never got a return call. I reached out to the sales guy, he gave all the right answers and I didn't really care just wanted to know when or an update. He gave me a time frame then and it was wrong and I had to reach back out and the office didn't return a call again. I actually had to reach out to the sales guy to find out what time the installers were going to show up, again because the office for whatever reason refused to communicate. It was finally installed on oct 1 and 2. I was there the entire time except the 20 minutes they finished I had to pick up a kid. So they had my husband sign the paperwork and he isn't on any of the paperwork it is only me. I am the only owner of the house. I called immediately and that is when I was told the vanity had to be put in before they could do the baseboards. Nobody told me before I was complaining that the job wasn't done. I was told to get the vanity in and they will finish. I text within two hours that the vanity was installed when can someone come finish. I never heard a word back, ever. I have three boys that because of the wrong time frames we were given had been out of a bathroom for three weeks. I had a real contractor come in and finish the job. The only reason superior bath reached out is because they tried to push through financing on a job they KNEW wasn't finished. I NEVER refused to pay anything. I told the finance company the truth. Superior didn't finish it but it was finished now. They chose to push back on superior bath and all superior bath did was want to argue fuss and fight. Nobody ever called me and said wow we are really sorry all this confusion, but let us finish it and make it right. Instead I was met with rude accusations. Just like the answer to the review. I have always said the shower and materials are great but getting to it and then getting a finished job just isn't worth it. I had an entire master bathroom gutted designed and installed with more expensive material all while I waited for this kids bathroom to be done. Your money won't be well spent with Superior, there are so much better options that will do the whole thing and the price is NOT more than superior. Do your research before you use superior, I wish I would have

(He had done some unrelated work for us previously, also with excellent results.) The cost of the leak problem remediation was very reasonable. I strongly recommend this company for their honesty, high level of service, and reasonable pricing.

At every trip to Indianapolis (maybe 5 times per year), I have made it a custom to stop by even if I have 10mins to look around. I have always good stuff and GREAT deals! I have never left empty handed, always end up buying stuff at each trip. At this store not only do they have a vast variety of products but their customer is the BEST. I have mainly worked with Justin. He goes above and beyond to help you find the right product and right deal. He is great at follow-thru and reaching out to his customers. If you are looking for old school mentality (customer first) with great customer service, he is the guy! He takes his time explaining any product and is very knowledgeable with Le Creuset products. He never makes you feel rushed to make a decision and has also stayed after hrs to help me with my purchases. I highly recommend both the store and Justin for any Le Creuset products, trust me, you will not leave empty handed from this store.
