They came for a service call. It is important to know we were working through a warranty service…read more Upon leaving the workman said he would get back to us. Apparently the claim wasn't approved by the warranty (which is fine). But the repairman never called us back. When we called, they told us the part was on order (which was not true). When they called back, they admitted it wasn't ordered and when we pointed out that their responses were different, we were told "it is what it is". Now, we would have still paid for them to complete the repairs, but we refuse to work with a company that isn't honest and up front.

What a great store and family owned business!…read more We went on a Saturday morning with the intention to buy a vacuum. My husband had already done some decent research on brands and styles he was interested in but did want to see, touch, try out before purchasing. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Kayla and welcomed in. We asked about the Miele brand and models. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and had excellent suggestions/tips to share. We found the ones to try, and picked the one the wanted. Kayla put it together for us and even carried it to our car! Talk about amazing service! Important note: They absolutely sell more than vacuums here. And I think we will be back once we are ready to upgrade our dishwasher, stove, and maybe the refrigerator too. Incredible team, thanks for the help!

Don't know how to rate this. Vacuums & More have always repaired our Dyson, but when they said…read morethere was no use repairing it they went into salesperson mode. Talked my husband into it, we bought it, 2 weeks later I wanted to take it back because it is a bear to push and pull on padded carpeting. We were 1 week past return time. Even though my back suffers greatly after using we are stuck with this, for us, a useless vacuum. Maybe this is why they last so long. For me the vacuum is unusable so I would give it a one star. The business was very good at what they do - 4 stars. That rating is because we made it very clear that I did not want a heavy vacuum. We tried it out on their thin carpet..nothing like what we have at home. Disappointed was looking forward to a new machine that would work for us. This is my personal experience - you may find it differently. Also the attachments don't stay attached.

Their pricing is relatively competitive for the market, offering great value for the service they provide. The heat pump and air handler for half our house broke down at the worst possible time. John was incredibly responsive and had his team out to our house same day to check out the issue. They started work first thing the next morning, replacing the broken equipment, and then upgraded our furnace and AC units to more efficient models. What stood out the most however was the above and beyond service. Jesse and Cody were very thorough and even looked at things that others would not have. They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly. They were able to identify where we had some bad electrical wiring and recommended an electrician. Our house is feels significantly comfier (temperature wise) than it ever had before. Highly recommend this team!
